Superficie appartement équipement les deux douches . Matériel ménage top dyson par exemple Ménage approximatif Plus de couverts assortis Équipement wc et douche porte savon et balayette. Baies vitrées sales.

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est parfaitement bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, plancha, de nombreux électroménagers) et idéalement situé face à l'océan et à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Lacanau. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous reviendrons certainement! Le seul bémol de cette résidence est de trouver une place de parking car celui-ci est ouvert au public. La mise en place d'une barrière est indispensable. Très bon contact avec l'équipe de Bru Immobilier, merci !

Bel appartement vue sur mer

Bel appartement fonctionnel, bonne literie, très belle vue sur la mer de la pièce principale et de la chambre. Les communs sont très propres. La résidences est à 50m de la mer et très proche du centre ville. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Difficultés pour se garer à proximité du logement car le parking est utilisé par des personnes extérieures à la résidences. Si il y avait une place réservée par appartement ce serait parfait.
