Logement avec équipement défectueux

Le logement aurait besoin de rénovation. une des fenêtres de la chambre était en très mauvais état les gonds était rongés et lors de l'ouverture elle a failli tombé. Le placard de l'entrée ne fermait pas bien ainsi que pratiquement toutes les portes. Un interrupteur du couloir était cassé. Pas de porte au freezer du frigo. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Toffe locatie voor wie zicht op zee wil en dicht bij de bars en restaurants wil verblijven. Surfspot dichtbij. Appartement is relatief klein en ouderwets ingericht, meer heeft alle benodigdheden voor een verblijf met twee personen.

Toller Blick - Preis Leistung gerade so akzeptabel

Renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung - viele Treppen - Eingang liegt praktisch im 2 Stock und die Wohnung im 1 Stock ist über 2 Halbetagen verteilt mit sehr enger Treppe. WC: "Kabuff" , gefühlt 60 x 80 cm - Lüftung versifft - die Tür kann man nur im sitzen schließen. Kleiderschrank wenn man den Verschlag so nennen kann ist gleichzeitig Abstellraum für Putzzeug und Staubsauger. Soll ich noch mehr aufzählen. Machte das sehr schöne Strand-Erlebnis leider zu einem mittelmäßigen Erhohlungswert

ouderwets

slaapkamer ok , maar er is niets om je kledij in op te bergen. Alles bleef in de valiezen. De woonkamer en de keuken hebben nog een inrichting vanuit de jaren 70. Vuil door de ouderdom. Het servies zelfde periode. Het meubilair op het terras was te groot voor de ruimte. Iedereen moest recht staan om een ander door te laten. Dit is geen respect voor de toerist die toch voldoende betaald heeft. Graag een nieuwe inrichting. geen enkele binnendeur kan sluiten.

La location est bien

La vue sur l'océan est super. Le logement ayant beaucoup d'escalier , faire attention avec des enfants en bas âge. Il manque encore quelques ustensiles de cuisine ( fouet , louche , éplucheur , petit couteau et saladier). Peut-être que dans le ménage de fin de séjour , il faudrait intégrer ,de temps en temps ,un nettoyage intérieur des meubles car lorsqu'on arrive en fin de saison , on récupère la saleté des autres.

Appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour le weekend avec ma conjointe. Notre critère principal était le balcon/terrasse avec vue sur la mer, et sur le coucher de soleil. Et nous avons été ravi. Le reste de l'appartement est fonctionnel. Mention spéciale pour la douche et le gros ballon d'eau chaude. Effectivement la poignée de la porte est un peu étrange, mais au final le système marche et la porte se ferme bien. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la plage et du délicieux restaurant XXX.
