New apartment, facing the sea, all comfort, furnished terrace, located in the center of Lacanau, close to shops and entertainment, walking and cycling. Many activities: available in the surrounding area:, surfing, paddle, kite surfing, body boarding, sailing, optimist, pedal boat, windsurfing, Equestrian activities.
You can also take advantage of the proximity of the Médoc and its castles for visits to these castles, their cellars and taste their wines or take advantage of your stay to visit the city of Bordeaux.

A parking space is reserved for you. Secure parking in the basement of the residence except for oversized vehicle

Large apartment (65m2) comfortable sea view in a new residence with 6 apartments. Equipped kitchen. Living room (convertible sofa 2 places) overlooking furnished terrace (15m2) to enjoy the sun. Terrace equipped to take meals. 2 bedrooms with wardrobe, one overlooking the sea view terrace. Both are equipped with a large 160 cm bed. SDB Italian shower.

Toller Blick auf die schönen Wellen von Lacanau-Ocean

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern (Residenz Pasino) war unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Wir waren für 14 Tage zu dritt im Appartement zum Surfurlaub. Es hat uns prima gefallen, besonders der Blick auf die Wellen und die Nähe zu den tollen Restaurants unter dem Appartement. Alex, der Hauswart war immer hilfsbereit ansprechbar. Die Tiefgarage ist für gr. Autos mit Dachboxen nicht geeignet (nur 2m Höhe möglich) , dafür durften wir auf dem privaten Extraparkplatz in der Nähe stehen, was prima war. Das Internet könnte besser sein. Die elektrischen Verdunklungsrollos für das Schlafzimmer zur Terrasse und das Wohnzimmer sind super. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen :)

Appartement avec une superbe vue que l on peut admirer grâce à un grand balcon Tout le confort et commerces à proximité immédiate dont restaurants, superettes (super u, petit casino), coiffeur, pharmacie... Excellent séjour à la résidence Pasino ! Résidence très bien entretenue, très bonne communication et geste de bienvenue qui fait plaisir. Et quelle vue !!! Des couchers de soleil merveilleux depuis la terrasse, c’était magique. Emplacement idéal en front de mer, tous les commerces sont à proximité, pas besoin de la voiture. Je conseille définitivement et reviendrai avec plaisir.
