Property is located very close the the beach but it’s definitely in an area with construction which is noisy. Misleading information about air conditioning in the bedrooms. The windows are just screens with wood levers..no glass to keep out noise, heat & dirt. Not ideal for the hot weather. The house needs an update/refresh. Pictures are 10 yrs. old.
