Welcome to my cosy 2 bedroom London hideaway in the heart of Dulwich. Perfect for up to 4 guests, with 2 double bedrooms. Ideal for families and business travellers for both short and long-term stays. Enjoy the private garden and free WiFi in my fully equipped home. Free on-street parking all along the street and nearby roads. Explore London's top attractions with ease using the nearby train lines, all while securing your spot for an unforgettable stay in our charming home away from home!

The Space:
My ground-floor apartment has two cosy bedrooms, perfect for accommodating up to 4 guests. Each bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a desk/dressing table. The apartment also offers a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals and enjoying them in the dining area.

Unwind in the welcoming living space, complete with a smart TV for your entertainment. The highlight of the property is the private garden, a peaceful oasis where you can enjoy your morning coffee or simply relax after a day of exploring the city.

You'll find complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, as well as plenty of kitchen and toilet rolls. Fresh towels and sheets are also provided for your convenience.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, providing easy access for all guests. With free on-street parking available along Martell Road and nearby streets, you can explore London's top attractions hassle-free.

During your stay, you will have full access to the entire ground floor apartment, providing you with a private and comfortable retreat.

Two Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are available for your use, each equipped with a cosy double bed and ample storage space for your belongings.

Bathroom: Enjoy the convenience of a well-maintained bathroom with a bath, shower, sink, and toilet.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare meals at your convenience in a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and essential cookware and utensils. There will be tea, coffee, and sugar provided for you to enjoy when you arrive!

Utilities: Feel free to take full advantage of the washing machine and dishwasher during your time here. Both washing and dishwasher pods will be provided.

Living Area: Relax in the welcoming living area, where you'll find a Smart TV for entertainment and comfortable seating. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs to enjoy those home made meals!

Other Things to Note:
Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. I kindly ask that you adhere to these times to allow time for proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out - this can be added for an additional charge, as long as there is at least 24 hours' notice.

Mid-stay cleans: if you would like additional cleaning and linen services during your stay, these can be provided for an additional fee. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Please note Roost does not provide storage for luggage, personal belongings, or mail, and cannot accept post or packages under any circumstances. Guests are not permitted to use the property's post boxes, and any mail received will be returned to sender. Lost property must be collected within 14 days of checkout, after which it will be disposed of. Return of lost items by mail may be offered at the guest’s expense but is not guaranteed and is at Roost’s discretion.
