Tres beau quartier qui est très sécuritaire.Peut accomoder facilement 4 adultes, très grand. Le propriétaire est très gentil et accommodant.Très beau condo mais qui aurais besoin de beaucoup d’amour:-Une fenêtre dans le salon tiens avec du tape. Quand il vente ont l’entend frapper-Plusieurs prises de courant sont non fonctionnelles-Plusieurs ampoules sont brulés, 3/4 dans la salle de bain-Il y a des tablettes de frigo, des meubles et des miroirs de cassés, etc.-Un mur et le plaflond de la salle de bain ont pris l’eau, des taches de moisissure commencent à apparaître au plafond-À notre arrivé, nous avons dû nettoyer le frigo, le four à micro-ondes ainsi que de la vaisselles « propres » qui étaient dans les armoires.

Great area. Great apartment. Close to public transport at the Imperial Wharf station. Highly recommend the Rive Uber taxis to go into London to see the sights. About a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Fantastic Lebanese restaurant right outside the doors, Tesco Express a 2 minute walk away. Lovely spot to return to after a long day sightseeing. Richard is a great host.

This apartment is in a very nice area. Very close to the overground trains and connections into London. There is a pub close by and a few restaurants. The inside of the unit is a little little dated, but the AC worked great, the beds were comfortable, and two bathrooms were a great plus. The kitchen has all the appliances you would want.

What an amazing experience, prime location to everything you could need - transport, supermarket restaurants, pubs, gymnasium and the river Thames. A beautifully presented modern two bedroom, that can sleep up to four, self-contained apartment. Security access that gives you peace of mind in this multi storey building. Lift access to the 6th floor and secure underground parking.

Visiter Londres

Réservation tout à fait conforme à ce que nous souhaitions. Surtout 2 chambres et s de b avec toilettes séparées. L'appartement est calme très bien bien équipé dans un immeuble propre. La proximité de la voie ferrée ne nous a absolument pas dérangée, les passages de trains n'étant d'ailleurs pas très fréquents.. La situation est parfaite avec commerce et restaurants au bas des immeubles.Les déplacements sont très faciles grâce à la proximité des moyens de transports, trains, bus, taxis et surtout la navette fluviale permettant de se rendre très facilement au centre ville et vers beaucoup de lieux à visiter.Quelques petites observations mineures dont nous ferons part à l'hôte directement.Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de le voir, cependant il a été toujours joignable et disponible quand c'était nécessaire.

Wonderful Apartment

Very spacious apartment. Nice area .... building incredibly quiet. Lovely coffee shop around the corner. Host very responsive and accomodating. Will definitely look to book again when I return to London.

TRÈS AGRÉABLE SEJOUR

Richard est un hôte agréable toujours à l’écoute. Fonctionnel, cosy, cet appartement est tout à fait, conforme au descriptif de l’annonce. On est séduit par la décoration et la propreté ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas sur Londres. Accessible, silencieux, lumineux je reviendrai avec plaisir. La localisation est parfaite pour se rendre dans le centre par bus et métro. Tous les petits restaurants autour des immeubles sont très agréables et les bords de la Tamise fabuleux pour courir jusque Westminster !

Grand appartement, bien situé, besoin de mise au goût du jour

Grand appartement situé à moins de 5 minutes de l’Overground et à moins de 2 minutes d’une station d’autobus pour se rendre dans la ville. 2 salles de bain, 2 chambres à coucher, un salon, une cuisine et une salle à manger vous permettront d’être très à l’aise. Cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle. Beaucoup de matériel, sauf pour les fourchettes qui ne sont qu’au nombre de 5. Dans un quartier sur et propre. Seul bémol au niveau de l’insonorisation. Si vous dormez léger, vous entendrez passer les trains et les Overground. Outre ça, le quartier est fermé à presque toute la circulation, donc peu de véhicules. L’appartement a sûrement déjà été de luxe, mais il serait dû pour certaines améliorations. La salle de bain a clairement eu un dégât d’eau, des dessus de bureau sont craqués, des traces d’humidité/moisissures dans certains coins de fenêtre. Comme l’appartement a plus de + que de -, on y trouve son compte. Un bon 4/5.

Imperial Wharf appartment

Well located with a supermarket and train station under 4 minutes away. The host, Richard, was very responsive to all inquiries. Excellent Lebanese restaurant in the building next door. 10 minute walk to busy area of Chelsea if you like. An excellent stay.

Great stay in London

This is a great apartment! Great location – 2 minute walk to Imperial Wharf Overground station, 2 minutes to River Thames walk, 4 to Uber Boat dock. There was a little Tesco in the same complex and a large grocery store within 10 minutes. There were several pubs within walking distance too – loved The Fulham Arms! It needs a little tender loving care as it is an older apartment, little things light bulbs, bathtub faucet, heating rack knob, toilet paper roll, but everything worked perfectly. We had an issue with the hot water the first day and Richard sent a maintenance man to reset it, after that we figured it out and worked fine. The WIFI was wonderful and having a washing machine is always a plus. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was stocked if you want to. We cannot say enough great things about Richard! He was super responsive to any questions and would call to discuss anything to ensure all our needs were met. Recommended.

Great Apartment - Convenient!

We found our stay to be very enjoyable. The apartment is located in one of several apartments areas in Imperial Wharf. From the windows you can see the train station which is right around the corner when walking. From the train station, you ride for one stop to West Brompton. At West Brompton, you can get on the District or Circle line and get to just about any area of London. It cost us just over 10 pounds a day per person to ride the train and the tube all day long. The trains are frequent which is nice. There is also an Uber Boat dock almost as close by. There is a small Tesco in the same building and a coffee shop next to it. Next door there is a pizza place, a Lebanese restaurant, and a Chinese restaurant. Across the Piazza is a restaurant on the river with indoor and outdoor seating. Besides that, there are a couple of nice pubs within in walking distance, as well as Chelsea Football Stadium. I have seen some of the comments written about the apartment and just to be transparent, it is not the Ritz. Everything is well used and functionable. The kitchen is clean with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and a washing machine. The living room has two sofas a coffee table, a television, and a 4 person dining table. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. One bathroom has a tub and the other a shower only. The owner provides bedding, towels, and basic supplies. We found it to be perfect!

Baths

The apartment was fine except for the bathrooms, in the distant past there has obviously been a large water leak and the damage is very visable. Redoing bathrooms is expensive but in this case needs to be done. Also, tub and shower is lukewarm at best.
