Profitez de vos vacances dans la région de Crescent Beach à North Myrtle Beach! Crescent Towers II est un bâtiment en acier et béton de 9 étages avec seulement 36 unités. (deux et trois chambres) Comme le complexe est plus petit, il est plus facile de trouver une place sur la plage! L'établissement propose une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une télévision par câble, un gril à gaz, un ascenseur et une piscine extérieure au bord de l'océan.

Le condo est situé au 5ème étage et est un condo de coin en bord de mer, donc vous avez de belles vues. L'unité a une chambre principale avec une grande baie vitrée. Vous pouvez vous réveiller en regardant l'océan! Il y a une salle de bains avec baignoire / douche combo attaché à la chambre des maîtres. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen avec une entrée séparée à la salle de bain. La salle de bain a un combo douche / baignoire. L'unité a une cuisine complète qui est stockée pour la cuisson légère. Il y a une cafetière, une cuisinière, un four micro-ondes, un grille-pain et un grand réfrigérateur. la table à manger est prévue pour quatre places. Le condo a trois télévisions et un lecteur DVD. Les chambres ont des tapis. Le hall et la salle de séjour ont un nouveau sol stratifié en bois.

Ce condo dispose de deux chambres et peut accueillir 4 personnes. Il n'y a pas de canapé-lit.

This condo was perfect. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. and the view was amazing. When we weren’t at the beach we were sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach. If I had the money would Love to own this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo. Owners are great with communication. If you are looking for a new, modern rental this isn’t it. However, if you are looking for a nice place to stay with beautiful views right on the beach, it’s perfect. One downside would be the lack of basic items, which is clearly stated in the description, but would have been helpful ie., plastic food containers, Saran Wrap, cooking spray, hairdryer, etc...But none of these are a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again.

View is spectacular!

We stayed for a month while we waited for our house purchase to be finalized. The view/location was perfect for sunrises and daily beach activity. Medium size building was nice for elevator availability and the residents were all very friendly. Only issue we had was - The internet connection was not secure making it difficult to access the docs we needed for our house purchase.

I am glad your write up said you enjoyed the condo and the building. It really not reflect the three star review. The internet is listed as shared with the building in the write up and unfortunately that is what is paid for through the HOA. This condo is well taken care of and has never had a review below four stars.

Very neat & clean! Plenty of space for 3-4 people.

Loved the location (Crescent Beach) & the height (5th floor). Adored the wraparound balcony! We will return. Just one question --- how does the hall bathroom shower work? Water gets to the shower head but there appears to be no cut- off knob for the faucet.

Thank you for your review. The hall bathroom shower head can be turned off and on by pulling down or pushing up the piece at the base of the water spigot (where the water pours out for a bath). There is an on/off valve that looks like the spigot. Thank you!

Fantastic views!

Upon entering the condo and walking down the hall to the kitchen, we were met with an unbelievable view! This corner unit encompasses the entire beach with windows in every room on the side and not one, but two sets of sliding glass doors to the balcony. It was just a short walk across the dunes to the beach, which is also very important to our family. We had a wonderful week here. The only thing more that I would have loved to have would be a small table on the balcony so we could’ve taken lunch outside. Great location and a great vacation!!

Nice visit

We very much enjoyed our stay. I would make a couple recommendation: I would offer high table and chairs on the porch to enhance the ocean view. Secondly, we notice the air conditioning ran 24/7. We keep the curtains closed and tryied our best to keep the unit cool as possible. The AC may need replaced.. Again, these are only our personal suggestions. Thank you!

Property was better than expected except for a few things; 1) water leaked into the living room from all patio doors 2) we could never get the TVs to access local channels, which was a problem because we could not get local updates re: the weather (Hurrican Debbie). 3) the carpet in the bedrooms needs removed. The checkin process was complicated since after we had paid Vrbo for the stay we were told that a realtor managed the rental and they requested we sign a rental contract to include pic id and we had to get rental insurance since it was thru a third party. Thus we had to talk to Karen(host) to get the proper documents transmitted and had to pay an extra 81 for rental ins. Just a hassle that I didn’t need!The unit itself wasn’t really worth the money.The view was nice but the balcony was kind of small with no room for a table .The unit was obviously old with old and torn carpet in the bedrooms. The whole unit needs painting.We could not get the shower in the second bedroom to work ( mentioned in other reviews)Under the sink in kitchen was mildewed with warped wood from a previous leak.The drain plug in master bath was nasty with mildew.There was half a bar of used soap under bed in master bedroom indicating no vacuuming had been done in a while. Just didn’t seem real clean!There was construction noise from an adjacent unit for 3 days in a row all day long.Over all just not a great experience.

The view was wonderful, beach was so close and beautiful. It didn’t look like the pool was cleaned everyday. Furniture outside so old and rusty looking. The apt livingroom was cleaned and kitchen was cleaned, we had to get stuff and reclean the bathrooms the one bathroom had public hair in the shower so we knew that wasn’t cleaned huge cobwebs in the king size room. The other problem was there was a bad leak in the washer when we washed clothes we used a whole rollll of paper towels nothing else in the condo to wipe up and that had to be there a long time they had throw rugs and you could see old stains on the rugs when we pick them up to dry them out . The view and the access made things so much better! My only other complaint was the last day they changed our flight to later in the evening I called the management and I understand they need people in to clean. I offer to pay for a day Since they had no rentals coming in they told me it would be 241.00 for a day. We only needed a place until 3:30 for our luggage, I think if they didn’t have a rental they could have offered 100.00 and still made a little money for the homeowners. That really frustrated us more than anything even cleaning up after the washer leaked. I don’t blame the owners but not a lot of great things to say with management, and they didn’t have anyone to look at the washer for 2 days Overall the view and the beach access loved. The place just needs some sprucing up.

We wish we had been informed about the cleaning problems when you checked into the condo. We are more than willing to call our housekeepers back in if any problems are found. Since you requested an early check-in when you arrived at our office, our housekeepers did end up rushing to get the unit cleaned and we were unable to do our normal check behind them. We are not able to guarantee early check-ins due to cleaning and we do inform our renters of that but had we been informed prior to your arrival we would have been able to alert the cleaners when they began earlier in the day instead of in the afternoon causing them to run. We would have loved to know when you checked in an hour early if there were problems and would have addressed them promptly. We do only supply one roll of paper towels to start our renters off and it is listed in your information. We would have been glad to answer any questions regarding what was included had they been asked. When you asked to book the extra day we informed you of the correct price. Upon declining to book it we agreed to allow you for a late check-out if the unit did not rent. The condo rented for the Saturday you were checking out. We still allowed for a check-out 2 hours later than check out time. We had to inform you that could not allow for a check-out at 3pm as an hour is not enough time to get the condo ready for rental. We were more than willing to allow you to store your luggage at our office both when you arrived early and stayed later and we did inform you of this. Both early check-in and late check-out we did for no additional fee. The washer having a problem was not something we could have planned and we are very grateful that the appliance company was able to fix it so quickly as it is a normal of 2 weeks to a month normal turn around for those calls at any of the companies in town. Had we been alerted they left a mess after fixing it we would have gladly sent housekeeping in to clean up. We appreciate the feedback and will be sure to pass it on - we just wish these problems were alerted to us while you were here so we could do our best to help

Very clean and a wonderful area

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week in July, and both of us agree it was nice. The building itself was clean and well maintained, and I saw no evidence of bugs. While I know it's just part of being in the south, I have stayed in other properties where the "palmetto bugs" are numerous once the sun sets and that was never the case here. The beach was spacious and easily accessible, and the pool area was also clean and well maintained. The balcony area was amazing, and a def selling feature of the unit. The unit itself was spotless, but there were just a few minor issues with it. One, the dryer took numerous cycles to dry...I did 3 towels and it took 4 drying cycles to get them dry. The second was this unit is really showing its age. It could use all the remaining carpet torn out, cracks in the ceilings repaired, and some fresh paint. It wasn't so bad that I wouldn't recommend it, as the location and the cleanliness is superior to the age of the rental. The third is minor, and more so on the rental agency than the unit itself but good for others to know about. I know the rental agency says to bring all the items like toilet paper, paper towels, etc...(and we did that) but there wasn't one dish towel to dry dishes within the entire place. We went and bought one when we went to the grocery store. Would I recommend a stay here in the future to others? Absolutely. Again, the size, location, and cleanliness of the building and unit were enough for us. I only gave it 4 stars due to the areas I mention above.

Great beach front condo!

Stayed here with my husband and 4 year old daughter. First trip to Myrtle Beach and we were very pleased. The condo is exactly as it looks online. Check in and check out was very easy and communication was great. The balcony views are stunning of beach and sunrise. Beach was never overcrowded. Location was perfect for all our needs. Would recommend to others for sure.

This Is The One!

The unit was clean and just as pictured on line. Be prepared for when you enter inside and walk down the hall, the view is simply stunning! The location is great. We were always able to get a spot on the beach during the day and at night we were able to relax to the sound of the ocean. It seemed to be mostly families staying so no loud late nights from other guests. Karen great to deal with. She quickly answered any questions I had prior to arriving. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone interested in Myrtle Beach. North Myrtle Beach is the way to go and this unit is the best!

Great getaway

The unit was clean with a well equipped kitchen. The unit does look just like the pictures. The large balcony is a nice feature. I would recommend this unit to friends & would not hesitate to stay here again.
