Summary:
This lovely studio, quiet and bright, is like a cocoon in the heart of Paris.
Its 33m2 are perfectly optimised for welcoming 1 or 2 guests.
The windows give a real opening to the outside because it is on the 3rd floor on a courtyard. It has plenty of storage space in addition to being ultra-equipped (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, hotplates, TV...
The dining table and desk area are real plus.
Neighborhood life is chic, pleasant, secure.
The Space:

- In the heart of the very chic 16th arrondissement
- Crib kit (crib + mattress + fitted sheets) is available upon request for 20€ per entire stay.

In the heart of the 16th arrondissement with its superb neighborhood life.
All the food shops are a few minutes walk from the studio, including a very large Monoprix.
Also many typical Parisian restaurants and bars all around.
The studio is located between the 2 large squares of Dauphine and Trocadero.
A few meters from Paris Dauphine University, and numerous embassies (Nigeria, Mauritania, Bangladesh, Russia...)
Palais de Chaillot / Trocadero: 1.7 km
Bois de Boulogne: 2 km
Arc de Triomphe: 2 km
Palais des Congrès: 2.3 km
Eiffel Tower: 2.7 km
Roland Garros: 3.4 km
Getting Around:
Pleasant area for walking.
In the immediate vicinity of several metro lines which take you directly to the 4 corners of the Capital:
Rue de la Pompe station (Line 6): Access to Bercy, Montparnasse, Eiffeil Tower
Porte Dauphine station (Line 1, 2, 9 RER A): Direct access to Les Halles, Opéra, Champs-Élysées
Many buses pass through our neighborhood, including the “PC”
