The villa boasts three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests and has a large private infinity pool, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends. It is a 5-minute drive/taxi ride to Kalkan’s old town and harbour area while a supermarket is conveniently located approximately 10 minutes walk from the villa.
Guest comfort is enhanced with Air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.
A flight of stairs leads to the ground floor pool terrace from the open fronted garage space at street level.
Ground Floor
The entire ground floor is occupied by an open plan living area that opens directly onto the pool terrace and enjoys the same stunning sea views. The lounge area includes two sofas, two armchairs, coffee table, and a flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors lead out onto the pool terrace taking full advantage of the views . A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.
The bright modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and utensils, including filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer and microwave. The indoor dining area has a table that seats up to six people comfortably.
First Floor
One double and one twin en-suite bedroom are located on this floor,each with their own private furnished balcony with stunning panoramic views of Kalkan and the Bay beyond.
Second Floor
The third bedroom is a double en-suite with direct access to a furnished roof terrace with panoramic sea views.

Outdoors
The villa has a large infinity pool measuring approximately 12m x 4m (1.55m deep) with stepped access (no handrails), 3 luxurious double sunbathing platforms, 2 large parasols, comfortable seating group and a swing chair from which to enjoy the stunning Kalkan Sea views.
In addition there is table tennis for guests’ entertainment . A covered shady dining table with seating for 6 guests and an adjacent stone-built bbq provides an excellent setting for alfresco dining whilst enjoying the panorama beyond.
