The villa is beautiful with amazing views, a fantastic pool and outside area. It is best serviced to and from the Old Town of Kalkan by taxi as the hills are very steep, but taxis are easily available with lots of numbers on the fridge. There are two supermarkets (neither sells alcohol so you have to buy when in town or at a large supermarket) and a butchers within a short walk, plus a fantastic local restaurant called Ozi and a cafe called Mayda. Both are a lot cheaper than the Old Town and well worth visiting at breakfast, lunch or int he evening.There are a few things that need attending to at the villa that you would expect to be perfect for the price paid and that would make the villa immaculate. Although this sounds a lot, it didn't affect our holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed it and would return to the villa - the top floor bathroom window was badly cracked and held together with tape, which was concerning and should be repaired immediately as it is a health and safety concern. There are plugs, light fixings, blinds and bathroom fixings that need securing properly as they were loose or hanging off. The top floor bedroom blinds were badly ripped that meant it was difficult to open and shut them to get out of the door onto the balcony. It was easier to climb out of the window!
