A wonderful break to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Beautiful cottage in a great location for access to the Dale's and Moors, so plenty to see and do within easy reach. Would love to visit again.

Excellent accommodation. Everything provided for an enjoyable stay. Lovely, helpful owners. Central location and great restaurant/pub next door! Thirty minute walk into the town centre. Would definitely be back. 10/10

Couldn’t recommend Tanfield barn enough.

Couldn’t recommend Tanfield barn enough. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully clean and cosy. Lovely pub next door with good well priced good and drink. Weather was not the best but so lovely to return each day enjoy a lovely relaxing bath and just chill. Hope to return again very soon.
