Welcome to your dream home near the sea! This modern villa is the perfect location for your next relaxing coastal adventure. Located just a few hundred meters from the sparkling sea. The house has an inviting atmosphere together with the exclusive interior. Indoors, you are surrounded by light and comfort. The large window sections let in plenty of natural light. The open floor plan between the kitchen and the living room creates an inviting atmosphere where you are happy to spend your time. Light the wood stove in the evenings. For extra guests there is a comfortable sofa bed for a good night's sleep. In the house you will find two very attractive bathrooms to make your stay comfortable and luxurious. One bathroom offers a relaxing shower experience while the other is equipped with an elegant bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Upstairs, three charming bedrooms await you. Two of them are equipped with single beds which are perfect for children or individual guests. The third bedroom is a feast for the eyes with a French balcony, with a spacious double bed and a cot for the smallest in the family. You will sleep well and wake up refreshed and ready for a new day full of adventure. There is also a common room outside the bedrooms with a TV. The small garden is an oasis of peace and tranquility with a sunny sundeck to enjoy your morning coffee or to catch the last rays of the sun. There is generous seating both under cover and outdoors, perfect for alfresco dining or relaxing moments. This place is where memories are made and where you will surely want to return year after year. If you feel like you want something more than all this on your holiday, you can easily get to Råå to take the boat over to the cozy island of Hven where you can cycle around and eat well. Here it is also possible to rent a berth or sup. A number of golf courses are offered within a short distance from the house. You are also very close to Helsingborg and here you can visit Sofiero's castle and Kärnan. If you want to take a trip with the ferry, it also goes from here directly to cozy Helsingör in Denmark. If you want an even greater range of shopping and culture, Malmö is about 40 minutes away by car. You have plenty of lakes and wonderful excursion spots throughout Scania and down towards Österlen. This also makes this accommodation a good place if you are going fishing. Torekov's picturesque harbor is lined with many small restaurants. From the harbor there are ferries to Halland's Väderö. You also have beautiful Mölle, which you should take the opportunity to visit. Ängelholm offers an exciting mix of small specialty shops, exclusive boutiques and several large chains.
