Spacious Villa w/ Private Pool, Tennis Court and BBQ

Gather the family or a group of friends in this spacious, peaceful villa made for outdoor fun. Enjoy a large private pool, your own tennis court, and a barbecue area—plenty of space for everyone to relax. The home sits in a calm, quiet setting, about 25 minutes from the nearest beach and roughly 35 minutes from Valencia. Nature is right nearby too, with great options for walking and cycling in the surrounding hills and mountains.

You can come to the Vila to enjoy a tennis game or a ping-pong game. Also, you can cook a paella in our fireplace and jump into the pool afterwards. The main house is prepared with everything you need to stay the night + you can enjoy the view on the terrace.

Please note that while amenities kits are provided as a welcome gesture, they're intended for initial use. Guests planning longer stays may wish to supplement these supplies.

Likewise, the pool is only available from the 10th of April to the 15th of October.

1. Locals must communicate with us before booking.

2. There cannot be more than 9 persons (Or the number negotiated before reservation) in the property at any point in time. The violation of this rule may result in the removal of all guests without a refund.

3. The person will respect and follow all the community guidelines. As no loud music or disturbance after 11 p.m.

4. This is a self-check-in property you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions provided by Airbnb through either the house manual or the check-in guide (You can find it in "My trips" once you reserve). You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host before reading the house manual and the check-in guide.

5. Fees: 180€ per day fee for smoking inside of the main house (Allowed outside the main house) // 50€ late check-out fee, if your check-out was unauthorized. //100€ Cost to replace keys or parking remote control. // The guest will leave the house in the same conditions as when they check-in. Any extra cleaning will cost up to 100€ //If any of these rules are broken and the host has to cancel or delay further reservation, the guest will be responsible for compensating the host for the amount lost // In the event that the police are notified and show up at the village for failing to comply with the community rules, the fee will be €300

6. The guest is responsible for the cleaning of the Vila. The cleaning fee covers, activities such as laundry, bathroom cleaning, and floor cleaning. The cleaning fee is destined to take care of the garden and the maintenance of the house. Please ensure that all trash bags are securely tied and properly disposed of when you leave the property. Failure to do so may result in a fee of 20€.

7. Since the pool, the garden, and the Tennis court belong to the house, we ask you to make sure you keep everything clean during your stay, especially the pool, so no damage happens to the cleaning motor.

8, The primary guest must be at least 27 years old to book our property. Identification may be requested. Bookings by younger guests without a qualifying primary renter will be canceled without a refund.

9. The property does not offer firewood, it can be bought at the nearest gas station, at a 4-minute drive from the Vila.

10. You agree that you're booking in goodwill and you will not try to damage the host's business because you are unhappy with the ruling by Airbnb or the host if you experience anything dissatisfying regarding your stay or if you lose a resolution.

11. For stays exceeding 30 nights, utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) will be covered only up to a maximum of €150. Any excess charges beyond this allowance are the responsibility of the Guest and must be settled by them.

12. Please note that while check-in is officially available from 16h, the property may not be fully prepared at that exact time due to previous check-outs and cleaning schedules. We always do our best to have everything ready, but we kindly ask for your understanding in case of any delays.

Additionally, please be advised that the property is not liable for any lost items during your stay. It is your responsibility to keep your belongings safe
