Wonderful stay!

Beautiful flat in Kensington- lovely quiet neighborhood close to the Tube. Flat had all of the amenities you could ever need. Beautifully decorated and a very safe area. Management company was wonderful to work with.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment

Out of all the places we stayed during our trip, this was property was our favorite!The location is excellent: Quick walk to the Earl's Court Station, there's a supermarket just steps away, and plenty of great pubs and restaurants within walking distance.The property itself is nicely appointed and very cozy. It was PERFECT for three adults who spent all day walking around and needed a comfortable place to relax at night.The property management staff were also very friendly and professional!

Excellent communication with property manager, thanks Paloma for making check in and check out so simple.Flat was exactly as expected, clean and spacious. In a wonderful location. Lots of amenities and easy access to transit. Would stay again if we ever find ourselves back in the UK!

Great location!

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kensington. It was very close to a grocery store and to Gloucester Station, and walking distance to Royal Albert and Kensington High St. We found all we needed to be very comfortable. The TV is not located in a great spot but we were not there to watch TV.

Fantastic location

Great location. Close to many activities and sights. The hospitality was fantastic. Simple details of items included were the chery on top of our stay. Feeling like we were wanted made for a comfortable stay. Water bottles in the fridge, milk for our tea, make up wipes. Little details you over look until you stay at a location that doesn't.

Perfect Place for a Getaway

The apartment was just as pictured! The property manager was also able to let us in early to drop off our bags so we could go and explore. We had 5 adults in our group and the place was just the right size. It was a great location. It was very close to restaurants and a local grocery store. While we were there, the property manager was very responsive with any questions that we had! Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment is well appointed and new. The host did a beautiful job with all the finishes in the property. We were able to have an early check-in which was very appreciated. The property is in a pretty and safe area. We walked everywhere. Plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. At arrival we did get two keys and there was water and milk in the refrigerator. The beds are comfortable. Highly recommend this property for a London experience. We wish the owners all the best. Thank you for your hospitality.

Communication with host - flawless Apartment location - unbeatable Cleanliness - spotless Online pictures and description - spot on Only have a couple of suggestions for areas of improvement: master shower's water splashes outside of shower; found mattress to be a bit uncomfortable...I do have a bad back so maybe not everyone will think the same. Lily, Paloma and Maria were wonderful to work with. We are definitely coming back.

1 Week Family Vacation - May 2024

Property was clean, functional, well equipped and lovely overall. The beds were listed as King but more like Queen size in reality. Bathroom sinks very small and awkwardly located. Need better noise insulation in master bedroom to keep out outside noise (A/C window unit is to blame). WiFi does not reach Master Bedroom. Management, who were mostly great during the entire stay, were notified on day 1 but dragged their feet and nothing was done. Location was great with nearby restaurants, and few minutes walk from 2 underground stations.

BEWARE! Bait-and-Switch!!

BEWARE! I booked this place, but hours before I landed from another country into London I found out that this place was no longer available from an email that luckily I saw – no phone calls, no texts. When I had booked the place in April, they texted, called, and emailed like crazy to get me to send money on an off-VRBO site so they had my contact. They claimed that there was “electrical issues” at this place, but when I looked on the city’s site – nothing was listed. I’ve never heard of electrical issues that take 6 days to resolve. Because I had no advance notice, I had no choice but to stay in their “backup accommodation” option. They claimed it was an upgrade (LIES!) rundown and old inside - holes in the walls, stains in the carpet, a peeping-Tom from nextdoor store clerk on his smoke breaks. They claimed there was AC (LIES!). This pace was terrible. No bookings or reviews for this place; it was a dump! Since this location was nowhere near where I needed to be, I spent an extra 200 GBP on transportation while there additional travel time. I asked for concessions to cover my additional costs -- instead they decided to bribe me! The CEO of the rental company, Jay, sent me a text “100 GBP will be refunded to you, once a positive review has been left.” Allowing them to bribe renters for good reviews undermines ALL OF THE REVIEWS on this platform – who knows who else they bribed for positive reviews!?!? I need to be able to trust the platform and have transparency.
