A highly sought-after setting, this wonderful, spacious two-bedroom and two-bathroom home is set in a well-maintained period conversion benefiting from bright airy rooms, and stylish décor. 1500 sq. ft. (approx).

The property is situated on the garden level (12 steps) with a reception room and beautiful wooden flooring, a separate kitchen, two bathrooms, a small outdoor area, and a sunny conservatory. The property is perfectly located for the amenities and transport links of South Kensington and Gloucester Road.

Decoration: Neutrally decorated throughout.

Reception: Well-lit and spacious living room with lush sofas and stunning wood floor, TV, and a choice selection of beautiful handpicked memorabilia.

Kitchen: The kitchen is open plan to the dining room and equipped with modern appliances such as; a hob/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer.

Bedroom: Both bedrooms are a very good size with the master bedroom located towards the rear of the building, down a very expansive and well-lit hallway, with King king-size bed and excellent storage space. This room leads out onto a small patio area and connecting conservatory that can be used as a study. The second bedroom has a UK super-king bed (6ft wide) which can also be configured as TWIN SINGLE BEDS. Again, a very great size room with excellent wardrobe space, a chest of drawers, and a TV.

Bathroom: Both bathrooms are located next to the bedrooms. The master bathroom has a bath, rain head shower unit, heated towel rail, wash basin, and loo. The second bathroom has an American-sized shower, wash basin, and loo.

Queens Gate is ideally located near Gloucester Road, and Kensington Gardens providing an excellent range of shops and restaurants, while the museums, galleries, and green open spaces of Hyde Park are also just moments away.

The nearest tube station is Gloucester Road which is about 3 minutes walking

Lovely flat in a lovely area

We were two couples in the flat. It was roomy, clean, and comfortable. The location was ideal. We were able to walk to great museums, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace… Highly recommend this rental!

Spacious, Clean and Convenient Stay

We had a great stay at Queens Gate Kensington. The location was ideal for Tube transport along with being within walking distance of many attractions. The flat was spacious and the host was very easy to work with. The beds are advertised as king size but appear to be queens. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this flat to others visiting London!

Excellent city flat

Quite lovely flat, well appointed, and well supplied in an area of London, South Kensington, we like a great deal. Fine restaurants and pubs nearby. Located close to major museums--Natural History and the V&A. Close to Underground stops. Close to grocers and other stores. Great area for city walking. We would definitely book the flat again if age and energy permits.

Fantastic London family trip

Rented this flat for a trip to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday in London with my farther, husband, and 9 year old daughter. The listing was accurate, flat was spotless, amenities were great, beds were comfortable, location was unbeatable! Communication was clear and timely. Greatly appreciated the heads up about the steps to basement flat. Wonderful trip at a wonderful rental!

Location, location, location and home comforts

The property manager arranged a taxi for us from the airport. Cyril was very entertaining and saved us the challenge of finding the apartment after a long flight, and gave us our keys. The apartment met all the description details. The location is two blocks away from the Glouster Rd. tube station and the South Kensington station in the other direction. We never ate at the same restaurant ethnicity twice in the area, and enjoyed walking through the neighborhood exploring. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous location/lovely flat

This is a wonderful place to stay in London. It is a very spacious flat, nicely appointed, and a terrific location. The beds are very nice, and there is plenty of light. The kitchen is small, but has everything, including a dishwasher (which is not always a given in these types of flats). We had very cold weather during our visit, and the heat worked perfectly. We had a great week there and would definitely stay here again. It is important to know that this is a basement flat and there are steep stairs down to the property. Our family had all ages and everyone managed it fine, but it might not work for some. You also need to meet any delivery folks at the street level, as they are confused how to find the flat (you do not go to the main door of the building).
