Casa Joy Elviria
The apartment is conveniently located in Elviria close to all amenities, close to Marbella and the airport of Malaga.
The entrance to the groundfloor apartment is via streetlevel or via the underground parking. Our apartment is only a few footsteps
away from the main entrance or garage.
The Ibiza style apartment is decorated by ourselves and refurbished in September 2022, a new kitchen has been installed in March 2023.
It offers direct access from the master bedroom to the spacious terrace.
The master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, sink, toilet, towelheater and bidet. It has plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes.
The guest bedroom has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Both bedrooms have brandnew king size box springs with toppers.
Terrace and living rooms offer both enough space to sit back and relax and to enJoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
