Modern and nicely furnished mezzanine flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big, sunny terrace to the sunny side. The flat is close to the golf course Rio Real, one of the nicest in the entire province of Malaga. Not only best choice for golf players and remote workers but also perfectly located near the beach, Marbella and some of the best hotspots in the region.

It's just a short foot walk from the wide beaches of Marbella and the famous beach restaurant Trocadero, just a 10 minute ride with the public bus to the center of Marbella (bus station only a 5 minute foot walk away) and 40 minutes away from the international airport of Malaga. By car, the biggest mall La Cañada is also only 15 minutes away. The famous harbor of Puerto Banus is less than 15 minutes away and you will find there a wide range of events of all kind as well as an exciting nightlife.

Standard offer

WiFi, flatscreen TV, washing machine, dish washer, vacuum cleaner, induction cooktop, microwave, baking oven, nespresso machine, water cooker, toaster, mixer, hairdryer, iron, iron table, air condition, chimney, gas barbecue.

Furniture: double studio couch, king size bed (1), single bed 105 cms. wide (2), dining table for up to 5, additionally an expandable dining table on the terrace, an outside lounge an a deck chair.

Extras: bed linen, towels, 2 strand chairs, parasol. Terrace has an area of 33 sqm, manual marchioness, community swimming pool (unheated) and garden, underground garage as well as secure parking at the very entrance of the flat.
The flat has a backdoor with direct access to the swimming pool area.

A deposit of 600€ has to be paid at arrival and will be paid back at departure.

My greatest fear in choosing a property is that the pictures will look better than the actual property. In this case, the property looked better than the pictures. Cleanliness was exceptional., everything was spotless. I can’t think of anything I would add to make this home better. Loved the kitchen, layout, and the warmness of this place. We had one small issue which was reported and corrected in a very timely manner. Much appreciation to our host. Communication was instant, friendly and warm. I highly recommend this property. If I could give 10 stars, I would give 10 stars. Thank you so very much. We had a grand time. Love love loved our stay!!!

Lovely property. Exactly as described. Very well equipped kitchen and everything spotless and tidy. Very nice welcome pack for my late arrival. Great for a family, I used as a base for playing golf.

From the initial booking, the communication was flawless. I received friendly & detailed information that made the whole holiday effortless. The property is extremely clean, a fantastic size & would be great for groups! We loved the swimming pool and went everyday and the easy access via bus or taxi to get anywhere in the town is awesome. Whilst there aren't really any shops in walking distance, we resolved this by ordering a grocery delivery from aldi which meant no carrying heavy bags and was free delivery. Everytbing you need is at the property and you won't want to leave!

Een ideaal appartement in een rustige omgeving en toch centraal gelegen. (een auto is wel aan te raden) Alle denkbare voorzieningen zijn in het appartement aanwezig en er ontbreekt werkelijk niets denkbaars. Zeer groot terras aan de zonkant, gedeeltelijk overkapt waardoor je ook in de schaduw kan vertoeven. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Der Empfang in der Wohnung war ausgesprochen herzlich, Blumen und Cava sowie Obst standen bereit zur Begrüßung. Ein handwekliches Problem wurde in kürzester Zeit erledigt, da die Gastgeberin jederzeit erreichbar war. Für uns war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Luxury & Comfort

We had a fantastic 10 days spent in this beautiful property in an affluent region of Marbella. Only a 10 minute drive or €6 uber to the old town, it it ideally located. The property itself is very well stocked, comfortable for 4 people and maintained to a high quality while the swimming pool is clean, spacious and there are plenty of chairs The compound surrounding the property is pretty, clean and quiet. The terrace outside the property is ideal for evening dinner and drinks. Would love to return again soon

Je conseil vivement

Nous avons passés 3 semaines en août dans ce magnifique appartement très agréable bien exposé 🌞tout y était pour passer de très bonnes vacances, nous avons été très bien accueilli, 😉petite attentions à l'arrivée qui fait vraiment plaisir, 👍l'appartement et spacieux moderne il y a tout le nécessaire , propre , les literies très confortables, un plus quand on a des problèmes de dos . La terrasse extérieur avec barbecue super sympa 🥂🍾La piscine est génial très grande et très bien entretenu. La plage et a 10mn a pieds , et franchement marbella et ces alentours sont vraiment très agréables le vieux marbella et mijas a faire 👍bref nous y retournerons sans problèmes. Un grand merci à harry et rossana 😉pour leurs efficacités quand nous avons eu besoin. Seul regret helas c'est que se soit terminé 😪.

Agréables vacances à Marbella

Nous avons passés 3 semaines très agréable dans l'appartement d'HARRIS et ROSSANA. L'appartement est très agréable, très bien équipé (comme à la maison) et propre. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et réactifs à nos demandes. Il est situé proche de la plage (attention plage galets et sable) et à 5 minutes en voiture de Marbella. La piscine est grande et dans un environnement agréable. Nous avons été navrés de ne pas pouvoir utiliser le barbecue comme cité sur l'annonce suite à la plainte de la voisine du dessus qui nous a précisé que cela été interdit dans le règlement de la co propriété (confirmé par mail par le propriétaire). Autres nuisances : les aboiements des chiens des voisins. Profitez-en pour profiter la région qui est magnifique. Nous recommandons cette location par la qualité de ces prestations

Een zeer goed uitgerust appartement !

In een rustige urbanisatie gelegen met een zeer mooi en zonnig terras, mooie kamers, goed uitgeruste keuken. Wij waren er tijdens de kerst - en nieuwjaarsperiode 2017-2018, dus hebben we geen gebruik kunnen maken van het prachtige zwembad en de tuin, dat is dan voor de volgende vakantie.

Die Wohnung ist ein Garant für einen schönen Urlaub

Wir hatten das Glück, diese geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung 5 Wochen unter der Sonne Andalusiens, mit einer super schönen großen Terrasse genießen zu dürfen.Die Übergabe war sehr angenehm und problemlos. Die Bilder entsprachen der Realität. Die neue Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, denn es mangelte uns an Nichts.
