This apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located on the seventh floor (penthouse) in the Spirit de Mojácar complex and is approximately 350 meters from the beaches, bars, and restaurants. Complex amenities include elevators to all floors, an underground parking garage, and a lifeguard and security guard during peak season (July and August). The complex offers access to the communal pool.

Right of Access
Rentmojacar SL Property Management, its representatives, or its subcontractors have the right to access the property at any time, with due consideration for the tenant’s convenience, for the purposes of changing linens, inspecting the property, and carrying out any essential or routine repairs or maintenance work.


Neither Rentmojacar nor its representatives are liable for any circumstances beyond their control, including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdowns, illness, draining the pool for necessary maintenance, closure of the pool by the homeowners’ association, or failure in the provision of any public service.
