Excellent stay

Fabulous townhouse just 2 streets from the beach. Pool was quiet and most days we had this to ourselves. Complex is clean and tidy as well as quiet with a mix of holiday makers and residents. Didn’t have any WiFi which was the only let down but the property manager tried her hardest to find out what the problem was. Didn’t spoil any of the holiday though. Would highly recommend this beautiful modern townhouse.

Really nice location. Needs a bit of a hug

Location is very good being only a few mins walk from the beach down a small hill and a plethora of nice places to eat and drink. Property is very spacious although it's in need of a bit of a hug as it's very obviously well used although offering more than sufficient equipment and utensils. Heating is definitely required during the evening in February and the house has more than adequate facilities to cope with this. A separate basement area served our teenage family member very well and gave him his own living area, shower and sky tv. Arrival was spoiled somewhat by having no water and we spent a bit of time trying to get in touch with someone to solve the issue. Terrace is small but lovely and faces very well maintained gardens with the shared pool although the outside plastic chairs and table are again very obviously aged. A disappointing part was the BBQ. Something our whole family really enjoy. This quite frankly should be scrapped as it's just a small rusting mess which is unusable. Hot water was on a few occasions troublesome where boiler had to be "reset" by pushing a button in order to have the pilot light ignite, although it didn't quite help the person waiting in the shower. A few other minor issues were encountered but this didnt detract from our stay.

Muy buen alojamiento en Mojácar

La casa en general estaba muy bien, amplia y todo limpio. Muy bien ubicada cerca de la playa. La barbacoa es lo único que estaba muy sucia y no pudimos usarla. Hay dos cuestiones de la comunidad donde está la casa que deben mejorar: el wifi (que fallaba bastante) y los ruidos por la noche que hacen los inquilinos jóvenes de algunas casas vecinas. Por lo demás es un alojamiento totalmente recomendable.

Buena situación de la casa

La casa está en un urbanización, con piscina compartida, muy tranquila y muy bien cuidada. Hemos pasado una buena semana. Buena casa para grupo grande. Lo recomiendo para ir con niños y juntar dos familias.

Excelentes vacaciones

Hemos Estado muy agusto, muy cerquita de varias playas. La piscina no está masificada y comunica con el patio del chalet. La casa completamente equipada, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Las camas eran muy cómodas, la única pega las almohadas, eran muy incómodas lo pensamos todos los que estuvimos en la casa. Por lo demás todo excelente, repetiriamos sin dudar

Fenomenal.

La verdad es que todo fenomenal, desde la recogida de llaves, pasando porque el adosado está perfecto para dos familias: amplio, buenos electrodomésticos, bien surtido, aparcamiento fácil, terraza fantástica con sombra todo el día, tranquilidad máxima y recinto con jardín y piscina muy bien cuidado. Y a cinco minutos de una buena zona de playa, ya sin piedra. Para repetir, sin dudar.
