This spectacular apartament is located in the heart of the historic center, in one of most privileges streets of the center of Málaga. The area is characterized by elegant streets and elegant buildings. Furthermore, the architectural design of the area allows you to enjoy a selection of coffee shops, restaurants and boutique shops. Our guests will stay a few steps away from Calle Larios, The Catedral and the Puerto de Málaga. Moreover, with a pleasant walk of 10 minutes, crossing the gardens of the Paseo del Parque our guests can visit another sophisticated part of the city, La Malagueta and its beach, the Pompidou Museum and the Plaza de Toros.



As for its decoration, in natural tones, it combines very well selected contemporary art pieces, chosen by the owner of the home. Their high quality furniture is carefully selected. This apartment is ideal to live in given its exclusive location and its great accessibility by car or taxi.



The apartment is located on the third exterior floor. Entry to the apartment from the building is via elevator. The general layout of the apartment consists of a large open-plan living room that integrates the kitchen and dining area. The living room is furnished with a very comfortable sofa, armchairs, a dining table and decorative elements that make the house a cozy, warm and special place.



The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The master bedroom has a double bed equipped with 100% ECO cotton bed and bath linen. This stands out for its style and elegance, following a curated line of design with the rest of the apartment.

The apartment was lovely, centrally located near the sights and shopping. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment was central and close to everything which was ideal with lots of space, clean with everything you need for a self catering apartment. The staff at the Calenta office were great and dealt with any requests we had speedily and also checked in with us to ensure our stay was going smoothly. If you are coming from the metro and walking to the office (near the marina) to collect keys or drop off luggage it is a bit of a distance but we were fine, took us about 20 mins.. I would definitely stay here again or at one of the other Calenta apartments.

Our stay at this property and our entire trip was fabulous! Christina at Caleta Homes was absolutely amazing to deal with through our stay always checking to make sure we were comfortable and everything with the property was as expected. She always replied promptly and ensured everything from our airport transfers, to check-in and check-out were smooth. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Location was perfect and we will be back!!!

The Amazing Stay at Juan de Padilla XI

The location of the place was very convenient, right at the heart of the centre. The staff was always asking us, if everything is okay and making sure that we have the best stay possible (also giving advice on transportation). The place was large and there was a plenty of space for 2 people.

Outstanding apartment in great location

This is a wonderful place to stay for a week and we had a great time in this old part of Malaga. The staff at CALETA Homes we fantastic and made our stay even better because of their professionalism and courtesy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A few things need attention. Firstly the lack of wall holders and fixtures for such things as toilet paper and soap and shampoo means that these are placed on the floor of the shower and a silly toilet roll holder on the floor. The shower is dangerously slippery and needs a non slip mat in place.

The property is in a ideal location if you want to walk straight out into all the cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. And close enough to walk to local attractions like the cathedral. The only downside to this is the streets can be noisy into the early hours, but the bedroom cuts a some of this noise out if you close the windows and door. The apartment itself was excellent.

Great Zona Centro Location in Malaga

Modernized one bedroom apartment in a great location. Dozens of restaurants and bars just outside the door. Good quality windows keep most of the nightlife noise out when they are closed. Listing very accurate.

Amazing apartment!

Apartment was spacious, airy and well equipped. Lots of wardrobe space and a very comfortable bed. Having a lift is also great when you’re on the third floor! Gorgeous Old Town Apartment

This apartment is perfection. It is the perfect way to experience the spirit of old town Malaga. It is clean, modern comfortable. The only thing to note is the noise at night because you are in the city center and perched above bars and tourists. I enjoyed my stay in this apartment

Odd Check-In

Had to go to a secondary office about a 10-minute drive from the Vrbo to get the keys, and then once we got to the apartment, the cleaning staff was still there. After our check-in time, a handyman let himself into our Vrbo to fix lights without us being warned prior. Other than that, it was a great stay in a great location.

La location è super centrale, molto comoda per raggiungere quasi tutti i punti d'interesse. L'unica pecca sono i locali sotto che di notte sono parecchio chiassosi!Per il resto ci siamo trovati bene,l'host molto gentile.

Fantástico apartamento con todas las comodidades

El apartamento fue una sorpresa muy agradable, ya que a parte de estar estratégicamente localizado, en el centro de Málaga , comercios, restaurantes, puerto, teatros y cines. Las comodidades de las que goza son excepcionales, todo nuevo en perfectas condiciones, el sofá cama comodísimo, luminoso y bien ventilado. Descubrimos que el apartamento tiene la calificación de BIC (Bien de interés cultural) y conserva un pilar de hierro original, más las paredes laterales en ladrillo visto. Todo un lujo!!! Expriencia insuperable. Repetiremos pronto!!!
