The property is fully fenced and is surrounded by 82,000 m2 of land with fruit trees, aromatic plants, pastures and woods of oak, fir, cypress and olive trees. Inside the property there is a beautiful garden (1000 m2) on several levels and a swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests. The house is well furnished and very comfortable.
About 10 meters away there is a completely separate villa (Villa Ancora, which is also in our catalogue) that shares only the entrance way with Villa Tenuta Lonciano.
The nearby natural park of Monte Morello offers the possibility of pleasant walks in contact with nature.
At guests' disposal: large equipped outdoor areas, swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests (12 x 5 m - minimum and maximum depth 1,4 m), outdoor Jacuzzi for 6 people, outdoor sauna, barbecue. The house is on three floors and being built on the slope of a hill has direct access to the garden level from each floor. The three floors of the main house are not connected internally.
