Luxembourg Central Station is within easy reach, making it convenient to explore the city and beyond. If you prefer to drive, there are nearby parking facilities available.

We’re excited to have you staying with us and want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our apartment is thoughtfully equipped for your stay—Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels are all provided at no extra cost. We also welcome long-term stays, making it an ideal home base for remote workers and business travelers. To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. You can use the lockbox to collect your keys. The access code will be sent once you’ve completed the check-in process through your Guest Area and it’s close to the official check-in time at 3:00 PM. You can expect to receive the code shortly before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but if you need anything at all, just send us a message—we’re always here to help!

Above and beyond!

Excellent loft, with a fabulous view of the city especially from the bedroom, nicely furnished, and perectly located right in the old center. Clear instructions for check in and check out and the owner replys instantly and friendly to any question.

This was a wonderful apartment with a great view! The temperature in the apartment was perfect, and it was near a lot of attractions. The owner was very responsive to our messages! The Wi-Fi wasn’t very good and I think the dishwasher was broken, but overall I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again myself!

Excellent location very central . Nice top floor apartment Clean and good amenities Only drawback was on the first night noise from neighbors dogs until late at night as they were on their own and leaving keys the secure box code didn’t work

Lovely!

Great location, nice loft, comfortable, great communication. Only negatives - might be good to somehow communicate prior to committing to the stay about the staircase up the apartment. It was a bit challenging for my 4 year old but we managed - for other families it might be really difficult.

L'arrivĂ©e a tĂ©tĂ© un peu compliquĂ© car les indications fournies pour retirer les clefs bien que detaillĂ©es etaient erronĂ©es. Mauvais code et mauvaise boite Ă  clefs. La cage d'escalier etait assez sale et surtout il faudrait. bein signaler que le dernier Ă©tage est assez difficielement accessible avec une grosse valise (marches tres etroites et sans rambarde assez vertigineuses). Mais une fois passĂ© ces “obstacles“ l'appartement est tres propre et spacieux, bien agencĂ© et equipĂ©. La literie est de bonne qualitĂ©. L'emplacement est ideal et la quartier tres agreable et proche des commerces, centres d'interet et transport en commun. MalgrĂ©s quelques petits couacs au demarrage je recommande.

TrÚs bel appartement, bien situé. Un petit détail à souligner concernant l'escalier d'entrée, qui pourrait poser problÚme à certaines personnes. Mais dans l'ensemble, tout était super.

El acceso al apartamento es tremendamente complicado. Tienes que subir 60 peldaños en una escalera de caracol muy estrecha y a continuacion subir otro tramo de escaleras metalicas, igualmente estrechas y sin barandilla de proteccion. No es recomendable ni para mayores ni para niños. Tampoco es accesible el acceso a la cama, al estar situado en un altillo complicado de alcanzar y de minimas dimensiones donde no puedes ponerte de pie. Por lo demas, esta bien equipado, las vistas muy bonitas, y muy centrico. La limpieza del wc mejorable. La localizacion de las lleves algo complicada.

Verblijf was prima, het is op de vierde verdieping, dus trappen lopen. Het bed, zeg maar matras staat op de vide. Stijl trappetje omhoog, is wel een raam voor de frisse lucht.

Beautiful Luxembourg

Wonderful stay in a beautiful city. The apartment is very close to all of the old town must seize. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The only drawback was the four flights of stairs to get to the fourth floor and then another flight of metal somewhat problematic stairs to the attic apartment. We were not aware of the stair issues until we actually received our check-in codes, rather than during the booking process. The stairs may be an issue for elderly people or folks that have problems with stairs.
