It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a furnished garden terrace, perfect for unwinding.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a double-sized bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Vitória is a historic and charming neighbourhood in the heart of Porto, known for its picturesque streets, traditional architecture, and vibrant cultural scene. This neighbourhood offers a unique blend of old-world charm and modern amenities, making it a sought-after destination for residents and visitors.

One of the standout features of Vitória is its rich history, reflected in its well-preserved buildings, including the iconic São Bento Train Station with its stunning azulejo tilework. Strolling through the neighbourhood's narrow streets, you'll discover a wealth of local shops, cafes, and restaurants where you can savour Portuguese cuisine and wines.

Vitória's central location provides easy access to Porto's top attractions, including the historic Ribeira district along the Douro River, the Clerigos Tower, and the bustling Bolhão Market. With its welcoming atmosphere and proximity to critical sites, Vitória offers an unforgettable experience for those exploring Porto.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, São Bento Metro, is just an 8-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
