This lovely home has a fully stocked kitchen, luxury linens, high quality mattresses, and offers a garage for your convenience **owner has 1 car in garage parking space**.. The outdoor space at Aspen Ridge is private with a fully fenced back yard, comfortable patio furniture and gas BBQ. You'll find all of the details you will need for the perfect family vacation in Bend. Bring your food and personal belongings and we will provide the rest. Relax amongst the trees, bike to the Old Mill District, float the river, tour the Breweries and Downtown Bend.

House includes Central AC for your comfort during warmer weather.

This is our 3rd stay. Everything is nice, clean and organized. Some changes happened - entry closet is now locked. That closet had hooks to put jackets away. No replacement outside the closet at the main entry was provided. To remove wet jacket we need to cross the entire floor to the back as the only other hooks are near garageOutside garbage bins were overflowing with garbage and garbage removal day was missed.

Great spot in nice neighborhood

Our two families had a great stay in Aspen Ridge. The house is well appointed and roomy. The neighborhood is close to the river trail and a very short walk to a community playground and pool.

The house was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had one minor issue with one of the toilets but the Arrived Team was responsive and prompt, fixing the issue that same day! Great customer service! Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Bend!
