Welcome to my comfortable apartment, newly renovated apartment in the heart of the historic center, just steps away from Via Emilia. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, attractions, and public transport, it offers the perfect base for exploring the city on foot, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.
Ideal for families, city exploration, and remote work.
The apartment, located on the first floor, consists of:
- ENTRANCE/LIVING AREA: Featuring a spacious sofa bed, a 50-inch Smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime for a wide selection of movies and TV series.
- FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Modern appliances, ample workspace, and a private terrace. Enjoy coffee from the coffee machine, a selection of teas, and a dining table that extends to accommodate up to 4-6 people.
- BEDROOMS: Tranquil and comfortable, each furnished with a double bed, USB ports for phone charging, and a spacious wardrobe. Each room has its own bathroom. The larger room includes a relaxation area with comfortable armchairs or a workspace with a cable-connected PC.
- 2 BATHROOMS: Fully equipped for maximum comfort, including towels, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, and hand soap.
- LAUNDRY AREA: Washing machine, detergent capsules, and everything you need for ironing.
