モネナとボローニャの間の丘の上にあるヴィニョーラとカステルヴェトロは1500年に建てられた歴史的な建物で、大きな専用公園に囲まれています。スイミングプールはパノラマの景色を見渡しております。
リビングルーム（2名用ソファベッド付）、キッチン、大きな廊下、ベッドルーム2室（ダブルベッド1台、シングルベッド2台）、バスルーム2室、大理石の1室で構成されています。
アパートには独立した暖房、洗濯機、食器洗い機があります。 それは古代の壁の厚さがすべての夏に快適な温度を保証するので、エアコンが必要ではありません。

Gorgeous home excellent for exploring the Emilai Romanga region

We stayed here for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is in a stunning setting, on the edge of town but there is a feeling of being out in the country. The amenities are comfortable, providing everything you would need for your stay. There are a lot of local restaurants that are of very high quality, and a supermarket within a 5 minute drive. Benadetta and her mother could not have been more welcoming and were more than accommodating answering questions and suggesting ideas. They even booked a restaurant for our first night stay as we were arriving quite late! Using this property as a base we visited many towns and cities in the area, from San Marino to Colorno, to Mantova, as well as Bolonga, Parma and of course Modena. We would absolutly stay here again in a heart beat! Loved it!

Perfect Location For A Relaxing Poolside Retreat

We shared a wonderful two weeks at Villa Martuzzi. Bernedetta and her family were very welcoming and hospitable. The accommodation was ideal for us and the setting sumptuous; perfect for lazy days by the magnificent pool and casual evenings on the terrace. It was hot when we visited at the end of July and the garden was a prime sun trap. I think we savoured the easy going, relaxed charm of the Villa. The location means it is quiet and is surrounded by rolling Tuscan style hills. It is only a few miles from Vignola and the beautiful Castle Vestro Di Modena. If you are a foodie then this will be bliss. You'll be close to pasta and lasagne heaven. Parmesan is made up the road and balsamic vinegar easily sourced. You'll be spoilt for choose really and eating out is a joy. I think the location offers so much; you're an hour from the mountains, 40 minutes from Modena and Bologna and the wonders of Ferrari, Lambourghini. Try the gelato university near Bologna. I think I ate my body weight in lucious chocolate gelato. If you are reading this wondering whether to go then I think it's easy. Go. This is a treat on the senses. Utter Bliss in the Heart of Italy

We spent a blissful week at Villa Martuzzi during the hot summer of 2018. The apartment felt wonderfully in-keeping with the area, and the shutters and thick walls of this very old building did indeed mean that the rooms stayed at a pleasant temperature while outside was hotter than we were comfortable with (32-34 Celsius). We all loved the wonderful swimming pool, with our kids spending many many hours swimming and playing in and around the pool. The villa, and especially the pool are up high on the landscape, giving a wonderful feeling of space, and being surrounded by their vineyards it also gave a sense of being within the natural environments of the local countryside. The Berti family were incredibly welcoming, and also gave us lots of advice on places to visit during our stay. We visited Modena (appx 40 mins away) and Bologna (appx 50 mins away) both beautiful historic cities, along with FICO Eately, and many of the sights and sounds of ‘supercar valley’. We visited both Ferrari museums, the Lamborghini museum and the Pagani factory (Mananello was wonderful, but the Pagani factory tour was the stand-out experience for my son and I). Also nearby were Balsamic and Parmegiano producers who have practice their art over many generations, and roadside farmer's stalls serving the freshest, juiciest and most delicious produce imaginable. The Villa was a perfect location for visiting all of these local attractions, while also itself being an utterly wonderful place to spend lots of time.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans une aile de ce petit château (déco à l’italienne) , il n’y a qu’un Appart , donc tranquillité garantie, piscine uniquement pour nous et les propriétaires. Tolles Appartement in der Nähe von Modena

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit hier verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Das Grundstück mit Pool, Wiese und Terasse ist zum Entspannen wunderbar. Benedetta und ihre Familie haben sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert, so dass wir uns rundherum wohlfühlten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein optimaler Ausgangsort für Ausflüge nach Bologna, Modena und Parma, sowie in die Berge. Besonders empfehlenswert ist der Nachbarort Castelvetro mit seinen Restaurants und Aussicht. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

perfect place to relax

In august 2016, we spent two weeks at the house of Benedetta Bertil's family. The appartment is perfectly equiped and the garden with the pool is wonderful. It's a perfect place to relax as well as to visite beautiful cities like Modena, Bologna and Florence. Not to forget the whole Bertil family who gave us a very warm welcome. It was a perfect holiday and we reccomend this appartment very much.

Wonderful, clean, spacious apartment

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Martuzzi. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, a real home from home. We all enjoyed, after a day’s sightseeing, to relax by the large pool. The Berti’s family hospitality was excellent, offering great advice on what to see in the region, and showing us around their beautiful home. We discovered an area of Italy worth visiting again and again. Nearby Castelvetro is a nice town to relax in, in the evening and the food and wine at Il Cappero alle Mura is delicious. Highly recommended.

Our second visit - great property

This is our second visit as we enjoyed our stay last year so much. This area is lovely to discover, not busy and full of great restaurants. The Berti family are very friendly - we had the pool to ourselves all week. The private terrace is great for outside eating. I would highly recommend.

Fabulous Apartment

The apartment was perfect. We all loved the pool which was just as beautiful as the pictures. The apartment was spotless and full of character. Alessandra is so welcoming, providing really good restaurant suggestions (L'Eglise and Acetaia Sereni). I'd recommend this property - we would certainly be very happy to stay here again.

Great Apartment in a Great Location

We stayed here with our friends in April 2015. The apartment is roomy enough for four people and the grounds of the villa are wonderful for wandering or just sitting outside either in the garden or out by the pool. Just a walk down the road is the tiny village of Campiglio. The villa is quite convenient to the town of Vignola and is a great spot from which to explore Emilia Romagna and sample its amazing food and wine. You must eat at La Campagnola in Vignola for the best pasta and borlenghi ever! Parma, Modena, Maranello (Ferrari Museum!) and Bologna are all nearby. Highly recommended, as are Benedetta and the whole Berti family who own Villa Campiglio.

excellent séjour

Magnifique maison ayant appartenu à la famille de Machiavel (les littéraires apprécieront), bien équipée, décorée avec goût et dans un environnement très calme. Grand parc ombragé et vert, idéal pour des enfants. Belle piscine. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et disponibles tout en étant très discrets. Bologne et son festival du cinéma sont vraiment à découvrir. Le château de Vignola est surprenant et Florence reste très proche... Tout est réuni pour des vacances réussies !

beautiful appartement in castle

Wondeful well equipped appartment. Everything is there, laundry machine, dishwasher. Very nice places in the wonderful garden to sit, eat and relax. Great swimming pool. The appartment is close to Modena and Bologna. And we enjoyed Vignola and Castelvechio also. The tips from the owner we helpful and good. It is highly recommed to go there and stay at least a week. Strongly recommended!

Together with our two sons we spent a week in this beautiful old mansion in a rural, almost parklike setting. Away from the hustle and bustle of towns and yet it is located nearby marvellous cities such as Modena, Bologna and Ferrara to name but a few. The appartment has been renovated recently, is very clean and is fitted with everything that can make life of a visitor comfortable, including a well stocked kitchen and an exclusive swimming pool. Absence of an airco is no problem: the thick walls and small windows keep the temperature pleasant. The whole excudes a warm atmosphere. The host, Benedetta and her mother Alessandra, supported by her husband excelled in giving us the feeling of a warm welcome and provided us with numerous useful tips and addresses. Because of all this we enjoyed our stay more than we could have expected and we certainly would love to come back again. Margreet and Hans (Nl)

Confort e relax

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento un mese fa e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Le foto e la descrizione dell'annuncio corrispondono alla realtà, abbiamo trovato ordine, pulizia, confort e soprattutto cortesia da parte di Benedetta e dei suoi genitori. Sia gli spazi interni che quelli esterni, oltre alla splendida piscina, permettono di godere di una rilassante vacanza. Inoltre la casa è molto fresca e questo è fondamentale nelle giornate di caldo intenso, soprattutto per la notte. La posizione strategica rispetto a città come Modena e Bologna e a paesini medioevali presenti nella zona consentono di effettuare belle escursioni. Conserviamo un bel ricordo della nostra settimana emiliana e speriamo ,un giorno, di poter ripetere l'esperienza.
