Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, sightseeing, shopping or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Outside you will also find a patio, barbecue grill and tennis court. Each apartment has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday home where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

Borgo Casa Di Lappi is a nice property having a total of seven independent units that is conveniently located 630 m (2059 ft) from Casalappi, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 105 km (65 mi) from Pisa. Borgo Casa Di Lappi, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning and pool.

Villa (70sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can accommodate up to six guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

There is a kitchen including coffee machine and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six people.
