Cockroaches - Decent Location, But Serious Cleanliness Issues
The apartment is in a good location and the amenities were generally solid, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.We arrived to find dirty dishes, an unemptied dishwasher and bugs. Throughout the stay, we encountered multiple cockroaches, which made the experience uncomfortable. Although the maintenance team was sent, the cleaning was never done properly, as cockroaches were still running around.While the place has potential, the hygiene standards were simply not acceptable and really impacted our overall experience.

Séjour de 5 nuits, fin mai 2025.Appartement conforme aux photos présentées et au texte de la description. Il est en effet lumineux et agréable dans un quartier calme (sorte de "petit village" à LAPA).Suffisamment grand pour deux personnes, avec une grande et une petite chambres.Il est bien équipé pour la cuisine (un ajout de 2 bols serait un plus).Prévoir tout de même de changer sans tarder le grand matelas, de mettre un rideau occultant dans les chambres et de revoir le problème de la serrure d'entrée (des difficultés pour introduire et sortir la clé).Dans la salle de bain, il serait aussi nécessaire de recoller les carreaux au niveau de l'écoulement des eaux usées. Aucun problème de communication avec l'agence, très réactive, et qui nous a donné à chaque fois les réponses précises et complètes aux questions posées. On a apprécié.Il se situe à environ 350 m d'un arrêt de tram ou de bus.Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix, et nous conseillons même ce logement, qui serait parfait si tous les conseils mentionnés plus haut étaient pris en compte!
Très joli appartement rénové. Malheureusement pas de volets dans les chambres alors qu'il y en a dans le séjour. Remontées d'odeurs d'égout dans la jolie salle de bain et surtout, porte d'entrée avec 5 mm de jeu, un bruit infernal, on a l'impression que les voitures qui passent à 50 cms traversent le salon, comme les piétons et les nombreux avions. Aucune isolation phonique
