This 60m² apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedrooms contain a double bed and a single one, with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, working hard to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Lisbon is the coastal and mountainous capital of Portugal. From the imposing São Jorge Castle, the view takes in the pastel-colored buildings of the old city, the Tagus Estuary and the 25 de Abril Bridge. Nearby, the National Tile Museum exhibits 5 centuries of decorative tiles. On the outskirts of Lisbon are a number of Atlantic beaches, from Cascais to Estoril.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge at the property has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an aditional
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
