Location is amazing, and the boat/toys were so fun! Owners were very welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed for our short stay. The setup was a bit awkward, since owners living area overlooks the patio....but we enjoyed the outdoor space very much regardless. The washer/dryer was not located in our unit, which would have been an issue if we had a longer stay. Overall we had an amazing time!

We had a fantastic stay here and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish.The location was hard to beat. We loved being able to hop on the Duffy and cruise over to Balboa Island, and it was also just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. The bikes were a fun bonus and made it easy to explore the area.The home itself was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after busy days out enjoying Newport, Disney, and the San Diego Zoo. We especially loved sipping our morning coffee on the patio with a beautiful water view, which made the start to each day feel extra special.Overall, this place had everything we needed and some great family memories were made here. We would absolutely stay here again and are so thankful to Judi for sharing this wonderful place! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Newport Beach getaway.

the host, Judy and her husband, were super nice and friendly. they instasled a baby gate for us so we wouldn't worry about our toddler falling down the stairs. The boat is a huge bonus and was really pleasant to ride.

We LOVED this stay! The house was cute and clean. The hosts were so very friendly and available if we needed them but not on top of us. They had all kinds of fun activities available (boat, paddleboards, bikes, etc) and the location was perfectly in the middle of the channel and beach, close to restaurants and shopping but in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely return!

Perfect stay for your getaway with friends!

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend this year with friends visiting from Europe. The patio and Duffy boat are great for hanging out enjoying the water. Perfect location for exploring nearby beaches. Friendly hosts Would highly recommend!

He has just renovated his 33 ft, trawler and would love you to see it or go on a boat ride with him. We have been married for ever and love it here in beautiful Newport Beach on the bay.Love to watch the gondolas and swimmers go right by the patio. The bay in our back yard is as good as it gets anywhere in the world. We walk to restaurants, movies, and of course on the sand to watch the sunset. Our property is newly decorated in a vacation beach theme and I am certain you will love it. Have fun here and make some lasting memories.We have 2 bicycles.2 paddle boards 2 boogie boards. beach chairs, a basketball and a ride in our boat for our guests and maybe even their friends. Have fun in the sun right here in beautiful Newport Beach California. The duffy boat and patio and all the toys are for your use only while you are here. The boat is really quite easy to drive and fun too.

Grill on the patio while watching the swimmers, boaters and paddle boarders go by and then of course join them in the fun. You may even see a gondola or two go by.
