This amazing holiday apartment is in the middle of lively and cosy Caleta de Fuste. With a complete renovation recently it is now a stylish, well equipped property allowing you to enjoy a comfortable, wonderful stay. The apartment has a large double bedroom, there is a spacious living room, bathroom, kitchen and terrace with garden furniture, which overlooks the pool. There is also a sofabed for an additional two guests.
The complex has a generous heated swimming pool and separate children's pool.

The bedroom has a very comfortable double box spring. Fine bedding, pillows and plaids complete the room. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious sink, toilet and walk in shower and a hairdryer. Large towels are ready to embrace you in their warmth and luxury and beach/pool towels are provided. This holiday home caters to all your needs: ceiling fans, a safe, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV system with numerous channels, movies and box sets in English and several other languages. The Smart TV allows you to log in to your Netflix or Prime account.

Beautiful Modern Apartment

Stunning modern clean apartment in a very central location, very nicely furnished with lots of tv channels, one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in on holiday. Complex has a small pool & is kept very clean but our issue was the pool didn’t open until 10am each day & you had to queue from 9.30am to get a sunbed then lots secured with towels then dissappeared for hours, there was a sign saying towels would be removed after 30 minutes but this didn’t happen until one day someone did complain to the life guard so she did eventually remove towels after 1 1/2 hrs, but the apartment was so nice that I’d probably put up with this again! The only other point I’d make was in the photos it looks as though the balcony seating area is private but it’s actually just seats on the communal area outside the apartment, the chairs are only for this apartments use but the guests in the next door apartment have to walk past you to get to theirs, not a massive issue but we just thought the photos were slightly misleading especially if privacy is important to you, the seating area also gets no sun at all during the day, but we would definitely rent this apartment again.Communication was excellent, thank you.

Stunning apartment

The apartment is everything you could want, and lived up to the pictures easy communication with the hosts and cleaner was lovely too. My only grumble is not always easy to get a sun lounger not owners fault.

Relaxing Holiday

Villa Florida apartment is in a really good central location the apartment is very modern and absolutely spotless,all my dealings with the apartment management were very satisfactory from the initial communication to the agent handing the apartment keys over.
