This recently converted boutique home, boasts a multitude of sumptuous living and sleeping spaces, comfortably accommodating eight guests in four luxury suites. The perfect space in which families can come together in laughter and celebrations and yet enjoy quiet time apart. The double ceiling height offers the feeling of grandeur and space with three separate lounge areas to accommodate all your group’s wants and needs.

FAMILY TIME

Open plan style meets contemporary chic, creating a friendly space for socialising and family get togethers! Warm décor and luxury furnishings create a home from home feel, whether relaxing in front of the enormous log-burning stove or snuggled up under a blanket with a great book in the Snug. Blurring boundaries between the indoors and out, sliding glass doors open to connect the Garden Room with the stone patio, the ultimate spot for your summer alfresco dining and barbeques.

The Garden Room offers your first option for relaxation. Modern, unique, and dreamily cosy, this is a room you will retreat to time and time again. Snuggle up on one of the comfy sofas by the warmth of the stove, glass of wine in hand, fresh from a crisp winter’s day dip in the soothing jets of the swim spa. Break out the board games and reconnect with loved ones over a favourite game. This is the ‘you time’ you have been craving.

Opening up from the Garden Room, the open-plan dining area borrows its views out to the trees and countryside. Enjoy family feasts, casual breakfasts, and a game of cards at the enormous oak table, with its lush leather chairs, starting your holiday adventures with a freshly brewed cup of coffee served up by the Nespresso coffee machine.

Follow the home’s easy flow as it opens up into the stylish and sociable Kitchen. The breakfast bar offers another spot in which to sit back and swap stories of the day’s adventures on the fells. Michelin star dining abounds in these parts, but for those who enjoy unleashing their inner chef whilst on holiday, this kitchen is perfectly provisioned, with two separate large fridges and a freezer, whilst Neff appliances offer top quality reliability. Serve up snacks for the family, whilst still being part of the action. For those ruddy cheeked, muddy feet Lake District walks, the Utility Room is equipped with a washer and dryer to help prepare you for the following day’s fun and games.

SWEET SLUMBER

All four luxury suites boast the best quality tempered mattresses and luxury bedding to offer the perfect sleep at the end of a busy day. Three bedroom suites with super-king beds are situated on the first floor, and one with a king sized bed is conveniently located on the ground floor, offering flexible space for all generations.

Making the most of glorious views, each of the upstairs suites has a Juliet balcony with two of the suites looking out to the Winster Valley and a super quaint farmhouse and duck pond nearby. Each en-suite is uniquely styled yet retaining homage to the local area with its slate grey sleek tiles.

The Master Bedroom, ‘Buttermere Suite’, is on the first floor. Its spacious, light interior offers a breath of fresh air and privacy. Rest a moment on the sofa to drink in the views before making your way through to the enormous Master Dressing Room, complete with mirrored wardrobes offering plentiful storage. Seek sanctuary in the spacious Master Bathroom, exquisitely dressed in Lakeland hues of copper and slate. Select relaxing, romantic mood lighting for a soak in the deep bath. The luxury walk-in rainfall shower offers the perfect start to the day.

There is secure bike storage at Broom Hill located in a padlocked shed, under CCTV. This handy shed is also perfect for storing paddleboards and other outdoor equipment.
