Built in 2021, Casinha do Sorte is Located within the privileged and enchanting cobbled streets of Ferragudo. This unique property provides the comforts of modern and luxurious standards, while enjoying the unrivalled charm of this authentic Portuguese coastal village.



The inviting entrance gives way to a stylishly furnished and well-equipped lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The floor to ceiling windows allows an abundance of natural light and lovely views across the village. Natural Oak wood stairs lead to the lower level of the house, where you find a large modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower and the spacious master bedroom.

Removed from the hectic resort towns , Ferragudo is a popular destination for its peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, picturesque harbour, and some of the best beaches in the Algarve. Within the village there is a fantastic selection of outstanding restaurants , cafes, and artisan shops. Ferragudo’s central location also makes it an excellent choice for exploring the Algarve. Portimao is easily accessible via water ferry, while a short drive will take you to the lovely towns of Carvoeiro or Silves.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cosy and compact apartment. The kitchen area was well equipped, considering the small space and the living area was comfortable. The location was perfect for us to walk to restaurants and to as base for day trips in the area.

Ferragudo was not touristy at the beginning of April. A relaxing atmosphere and wonderful, diverse opportunities to hike and explore the area and above all the fantastic coastal stripes. The restaurants impress with the freshness of the products and the friendliness of the service. The apartment was comfortable.

I absolutely loved my stay at Katharine’s place. I stayed for one week and was sad to leave! It was in such a great location, the property itself had lots of personal touches including sun hats, games and plenty of information on attractions and local recommendations. It was exceptionally clean, looked just like the photos. It was beautifully decorated and furnished. I felt right at home straight away. I could not recommend this property enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful place in a great location in Ferragudo. The bed was very comfortable and it had a great shower. We also found it very easy to find a near by parking space in the mornings and evenings. Only negative notes would be the lack of some amenities - the accommodation provided a coffee machine but no pods to use and for a 7 night stay, the rubbish bag and toilet paper provided was very limited.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Ferragudo old town, beautifully designed with all the appliances you need. Great bathroom! We were a little worried about parking but had no trouble finding a space within 100m of the apartment. Good places to eat within walking distance, and a Lidl 10 minutes away by car if you want to cook at home. Thanks Katherine for the comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy and beautifully designed apartment in Ferragudo. The interior is modern with charming Portuguese touches, and everything is thoughtfully arranged. The apartment is well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a smart TV, a comfy couch, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully stocked kitchen. It’s just a short walk to the town center and a quick drive to Portimão and its beautiful beaches. The bedroom was spotless and featured a comfortable king-size bed, a selection of soft and firm pillows, and electric blinds – we both slept really well. Highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and didn't want to leave. The apartment is very modern and chicly furnished and well equipped with everything you need. The location is very quiet in Ferragudo, so you should visit other areas for activities. For relaxation on the beachdining, Ferragudo is excellent. Everything else we went to with a rental car. Communication with the host was quick and very friendly. We were just unlucky that there was a construction site next door during our stay, which caused a major disturbance of peace every day, except on weekends, from 9am-7pm. The host was not informed about this and actually wanted to get the information. But then we didn't hear from her anymore. We then mostly stayed outside the apartment. Unfortunately, extensive sleeping in was not possible, but we still enjoyed the stay very much

Il soggiorno nell’alloggio di Katharine è stato davvero ottimo! L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: pulito, ben arredato e accogliente. La posizione è comoda per visitare la città e nella casa non mancava nulla, tutto il necessario era già a disposizione. Katharine è stata disponibile e gentile, pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Consiglio sicuramente questo alloggio a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla e confortevole.
