This beautiful modern villa, designed by architect Carlos Gilardi, is located in the green hills of the chic residential area of Altea Hills. The villa is built on the rocks, giving it truly breathtaking ocean views. The Altea Hills neighbourhood is monitored 24/7 and is only accessible via a manned gate. The villa was built according to an architectural design that focuses entirely on the breathtaking view. Discover the many beautiful beaches and bays. Here you can seek out the hustle and bustle or discover beautiful quiet bays. Come and enjoy the beach, the sun, the azure blue sea and the many delicious restaurants. The old town of Altea, ‘Pueblo Alto’, is truly beautiful. It is a small town with white houses, flowers, winding narrow streets, restaurants, shops and fantastic views. The church of Altea, Nuestra Señora del Consuelo, is located high above the town with its striking blue domes. The supermarket is 2.8 km away. The nearest beach, ‘Playa Mascarat’, is 3.8 km away. You can sunbathe, swim, snorkel, dive and sail at the many beautiful beaches; truly fantastic! Altea Club de Golf is 6 km away. The villa is built on 3 floors in a so-called “split-level style”, connected by 1 large, open staircase to the different levels. The entrance is on the top floor, where the spacious mezzanine is located behind the front door with a panoramic view through the glass rear wall. The master bedroom is also located here with an adjoining balcony, bathroom and en suite. It has a bath, shower, spacious double washbasin, toilet and bidet. On the middle floor is the spacious living room with separate dining area with large table and a large fully equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. The rear wall of the house is fully glazed, allowing you to enjoy the panoramic view from every corner of the room. The main balcony is adjacent to the living room and can be accessed through sliding doors. Here you will find the private swimming pool, where the spacious lounge area invites you to relax and unwind. Finally, the lower floor offers space for two bedrooms, each with two single beds, adjacent to a spacious balcony that can be accessed through French doors. Opposite is the second bathroom with bath and shower, spacious double washbasin, toilet and bidet. Ideally suited for a large family (max. 6 people) or 3 couples. The villa has 2 private parking spaces directly at the house, which can be locked with an automatic gate.
We do not rent to young people under the age of 25.
