Beautiful apartment in a historic building, carefully decorated and with a balcony overlooking a typical street in the center and the church of San Juan. The balcony offers a unique point of view to enjoy the passing of the Holy Week processions. Exceptionally located next to Plaza de Camas and the famous Calle Larios, the best known in the center of Malaga. Ideal for walking to all the monuments, museums and attractions of the city, as well as its best-known corners. Located in a beautiful historic building (with elevator), and where his house-museum is located. It has three large windows with beautiful views of the small historic street where it is located.
It has all the comforts: WIFI, a large Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hot/cold air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has an elevator.

Located in a street that preserves very well the buildings of Malaga from the 19th century. On one side of the small street we find the church of San Juan and on the other the popular Plaza de Camas, with its well-known cafes, restaurants, and a children's play area. Located just two minutes walk from the historic Central Market of Atarazanas, and four minutes walk from the famous Calle Larios.
From the balcony you can enjoy some of the beautiful processions of the Holy Week in Malaga.

It is one step away from all the monuments and museums (a two-minute walk from the Carmen Thyssen Museum and the Atarazanas Market, and only a 4-minute walk from Calle Larios). It is also close to supermarkets and fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to reach from the airport and from the central bus and train stations.

IMPORTANT: The street is busy, especially on weekends and holidays and can be a bit noisy.
