They say the listing was accurate but it's just one bath. It's split into 3 rooms - but it's still one toilet - one shower - one bath shower each in different rooms which is unpleasant for 5-6 travelers. Otherwise it was nice, great location.

Lovely apartment, very clean and well-equipped. Patisserie and Carrefour across the street, and Metro (Cardinal Lemoine on line 10) steps from the front door. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property in a great area!

My family and i had an amazing stay at this property. Most places were within walking distance from it and the property itself was beautifully remodeled. 10/10!

Over the Metro

Location is great, except literally above the metro, heard and felt all the time. Strange layout with all bathrooms opening to the living room. Very little natural light, no cross breeze. It was clean.

Inaccurate listing

The apartment is beautifully decorated and in one of our favorite neighborhoods, but…the lack of air conditioning is a big minus for a summer stay. See Nathalie’s review for all the details. I regret not paying more attention to that. Also, there is only 1 WC in the apartment and two half baths. The listing is for 2.5 full baths. For the price, we could have stayed in a hotel and each had our own full bathroom. If staying with friends, I would not recommend.

While the place is beautiful & in a great location, it is not at all as advertised. A very disappointing & costly experience to end our trip. It says air conditioning, but there’s only a portable AC that sits in the middle of the living space & squeaks & rumbles so loud you need to turn it off to sleep. And when we called to ask for support with the AC, we were told service hours were closed despite it being 5:37 and the hours in the email saying available until 8pm. It also says it’s a very secure building, but what it doesn’t say is the apartment windows open into a shared courtyard, and the windows are so large humans can climb in & out. With the AC not working we had no choice but to open all the windows, but we could only open them during the hours we were there and awake as we didn’t feel safe leaving them open the rest of the time.

The apartment was very clean, check-in and checkout were easy, and the location provided convenient access to a much nicer nearby neighborhood.Unfortunately, the most important feature advertised in the listing was not present. The listing stated that there was air conditioning in the living room, but there was none. I contacted the host shortly after arrival and requested both additional towels and an air conditioning unit. The towels were delivered, but the air conditioning issue was never resolved.The lack of air conditioning made the apartment extremely uncomfortable, especially at night. Sleeping was difficult due to the heat. Opening the windows was not a practical solution because doing so required leaving the shades open, allowing too much light into the apartment.The apartment also differed from the listing photos. The living room was missing the coffee table and rug shown in the pictures. Storage was very limited, with only a few hangers and virtually no space to unpack clothing. The bedrooms were extremely small, forcing us to keep our suitcases in the living room throughout our stay.The bathroom layout was also unusual, with three separate rooms containing a bathtub, shower, and the apartment’s only toilet.While the apartment was clean and access was simple, the inaccurate air-conditioning listing and lack of a resolution from the host made this one of the most disappointing vacation rental experiences I have had.
