The Space:
Casa Lisa is a stunning two-bedroom penthouse, with an extensive roof terrace offering glorious harbour views towards Sandbanks! Located in the prestigious Dolphin Quays development on Poole Quay, with secure, gated parking and 24-hour concierge. Poole Quay and Old Town have a superb choice of quality restaurants and bars – all just a short stroll away.
Spacious hallway from the front door leading to the large, open-plan living room with stairs rising to a further mezzanine dining area, large roof terrace and balcony. Fully-fitted kitchen with integrated white goods. Master bedroom with king-size double bed and en-suite shower room. Second bedroom with a double bed. Family bathroom with a bath, shower, sink and toilet. Separate utility room.
Parking - Two reserved parking spaces in the development`s own secure car park (max height 2m / 6ft 6ins).
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - TV's in the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom. WIFI. Blu-Ray. DVD Player.
Kitchen - Dishwasher, Electric Oven. Gas Hob, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave and Washing Machine.
Restrictions - No smoking. No Pets.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

POOLE QUAY - Poole Quay is an exciting, ever-changing blend of maritime activity and a focal point for a wide range of entertainment and leisure pursuits. Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.
