The villa provides comfortable sleeping arrangements with three well-appointed bedrooms: two rooms are furnished with double beds (1DS each), and the third room contains two single beds (2S). For convenience, the house features two full bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink, and shower. A separate utility room (Bryggers) houses a washing machine. For year-round comfort, the house is heated by electric heating and an efficient air-to-air heat pump.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with the property set on a large 1200 m² natural plot. Guests can relax on the terrace or the covered terrace, furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers. Please note the house is not rented out to youth groups or craftsmen groups.
