• Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the flat.
• Kindly pay attention to not leave marks on floors and walls throughout your stay and take extra care when moving your suitcases in the flat.
• In respect of your privacy, the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Please take your rubbish out regularly. Please take your rubbish to the main road, you will see a black bin. Please leave your bags next to the bin. IMPORTANT the day before leave please take out your rubbish.
• Do not overload the lift with people and/or luggages.
• Due to the building regulations toward visitors, you are announced as personal guests of your host.

The bath tub leaked on the floor and the tub drained slow. I called and Maintenance came and checked the leak and said it was NOT leaking. The mold from the pictures did not just happen it was there for a LONG period of time

Note to fellow hosts: DO NOT have Steve as a guest.
We had a terrible experience with Steve as a guest. He seems to be an expert manipulator into trying to obtain refunds for non-existing issues, unsubstantiated complaints about the accuracy of our listing.
Steve belongs to a rare breed of guests which are toxic for the VRBO community and he should be banned from using the platform. We have already banned from booking any of our properties.

Danke an das Team der Betreiber und Verwalter dieser Ferienwohnung.
Wir waren zu früh. Man ließ uns ein und das Gepäck abstellen. Ebenso unterstützte man uns beim Aus-checken.
Die Wohnung ist einfach und nicht alles auf dem letzten Stand. Gemessen am Preis und an der Top- Lage geht das in Ordnung.
