Soca Area Sweet cottage in Livek

This sweet cottage is situated outside the main village overlooking meadows, hills and mountains.

It has an open plan living & dining area on the ground floor, with kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The space
Upstairs are two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a balcony with superb views and a King size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. To get to the main bedroom you must walk through the second bedroom.

There is a lovely wooden deck outside for relaxing and eating out.

Livek is a small village situated between Kobarid and Tolmin and is a great base to explore this area of Slovenia.



Things to note:

The house as only 1 phase electricity, this means you will need to manage consumption, if you have too many electrical items on at the same time the electricity will fail and you will need to press a reset button and then operate less electrical items.

The house is not equipped with a dishwasher or microwave.

Due to the steepness of the stairs we believe the house may not be suitable for young children.
Other things to note
Pets - Pets are welcome, but you must complete the Airbnb booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure please contact us for clarification. Thank you.
