Very nice condo unit! Owners were easy to work with and did not experience any concerns.

The unit is attractively furnished, comfortable and quiet. The outdoor balcony is a nice addition with all the nice sunny days. Close to major shopping, restaurants, light rail and I-25. Underground heated parking is a plus in snowy weather and the work out area is great.
