Great place.

Great place. Super clean and has everything that you'll need. I'm giving it a 5/5, however there a few small things. One is the bed. The bed is super low to the ground. Like almost on the floor low. Took a couple tries to get out a few nights. Also, like it says, this is on the top floor. There is no elevator. Super tiny thing, it would had been nice if there was a shower caddy or something in the shower. There's really no convenient place to put your soap and shampoo. Other than those tiny things, 5/5.

The room was fine and the bed comfortable. The club house pool area needs some updating. Efficient room for the price and a good location.

Great location

Great location, cute little area and perfect for someone who just needs some where to sleep but would rather not stay in hotel. Best part is it’s dog friendly and lots of places to walk around. Very clean, Netflix….it was perfect

Owners are accommodating

The pluses…We were very pleased this property allowed our little 9lb Maltese to be with us and when we asked for extra towels past the one towel each per person quota they gave us them in less than 24 hours from request. The complex felt safe and there was a nice dog run with poop bags supplied in that area. Mattress was pretty comfortable as well. Downtown Denver was close and convenient which was important to us. The drawbacks…We weren’t able to open window for some reason and had to run the a/c most of the time to keep from getting too stuffy in the room. Plus airing food smells out was us opening the front door which was inconvenient. The apartment wasn’t as clean as we like - there was a hair in bathroom sink when we got there and baseboards were pretty dirty…the third floor with no elevator left us climbing lots of stairs over our stay. The shower head was so harsh we almost bought a different one during our stay but I just made do and used faucet and tub to soap up and rinse off… We wouldn’t stay here again but would still recommend to other travelers who aren’t as fussy as I am.

Located around lots of easy to access restaurants, stores, and entertainment places. Great hub for us while we were in town to go hike!

3rd floor efficiency perfect place to crash!

This 3rd floor efficiency was perfect after early morning getaways to local, state and parks. The linens were soft and clean. We brought our vitamix for smoothies & instantpot for oatmeal, but the kitchenette had all the items needed to make oatmeal as well. The water pressure was amazing for showers, quiet & friendly area, the community washer & dryer in building 1 are commercial grade and the laundry smelled fantastic. Hosts answered & resolved it right away on a lock combo issue. Cannot beat the price and nice view of the mountains from the back stairs. :)
