Villa Caselli is a pretty farmhouse located in a quiet countryside position, outside a small hamlet, with lovely views over the surrounding hills. The property has been restored to preserve the traditional Tuscan farmhouse style and is simply furnished. Within a ten minute walk, we find a restaurant, while more options are within fifteen minutes’ drive.

The villa develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, we find the living room with dining area, fireplace and sofa; a kitchen equipped with electric oven, fridge, gas hob and microwave; one bathroom with shower and bathtub.

On the first floor, we have one double bedroom and one small bedroom with twin beds.

Outside, we find a private swimming pool (12 x 6m; 1.5m deep; open all year) with sun lounges and umbrellas, a covered gazebo with garden furniture, a storage room with washing machine and a barbecue.

Facilities: washing machine, barbecue, bed linen and bathroom towels (weekly change), cot and highchair, satellite TV, DVD, pets allowed on request, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, fridge, one pool towel per person.
