Located on the western shore of Lake Como close to Laglio (1 km), Villa Lauretta is a fabulous 19th-century lakeside villa with a private heated swimming pool, private dock and lake access. Recently renovated by an Italian fashion designer, the villa sits on the lakefront within walking distance of shops and restaurants and within easy reach of Cernobbio (with the famous Villa d’Este hotel) and Como (14 km). The villa is ideal for exploring Lake Como by car or boat.

The 400 square metre villa develops over 4 levels.

The entrance is on the first floor, where you will find a spacious living/dining room (with a working fireplace, sofas, dining table/chairs and direct access to a furnished outdoor terrace) and a well-equipped kitchen (with table and chairs).

On the second floor, you will find one double bedroom (double bed with memory foam mattress, 180x200cm, and lake view) with en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower head), one twin bedroom (memory foam mattresses, with two single beds, 90x200cm, that can be converted into a double), one twin bedroom (with two single beds, 90x200cm). In the corridor connecting these two bedrooms, a large and spacious wardrobe links them to the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower and bathtub.

On the third floor, you will find one twin bedroom (with two single beds 90x200cm that can be converted into a double) and lake view, and a bathroom (with shower).

On the lower level, you will find a large family room (with comfortable seating, Sky TV, Music system and billiard table), a laundry room and a guest bathroom (with toilet). A sofa bed is also available (on request).

From the lower level, an outside staircase leads you to a lakeside garden (with chairs and sun loungers) with a private heated swimming pool (8x4 m; 1.4m deep) and a small fish pond. From the garden, you can access the private dock and the 8-meter boat pier for swimming or boarding a boat. You can also dock your rented boat and use it at your convenience.
