Cammino Santo is located on the hills between Poggibonsi and San Gimignano, approximately halfway between Siena and Florence.

The property is ideally situated for visiting the most renowned historical and art centres in Tuscany and many other smaller characteristic villages in the Chianti region and within easy reach of the "Siena - Florence" toll-free motorway (5 km).

The cottage is the result of a renovation which transformed this ancient barn (part of the tiny hamlet of Torri) into a beautiful and comfortable semi-detached studio.

Accommodation is offered in a part of the house boasting its private entrance and a fenced garden with a swimming pool (5x10 m. 1,20 deep/available April 15 - October 31) for guests’ exclusive use. In the other half of the building (with private access on the opposite side) lives the owner, who is discreet, respectful and never intrusive but always available in case of need.

Ground floor: entrance hall, bedroom with kitchenette, full bathroom with shower.

Included in the rental price: bed and bath linen - weekly change, Wi-Fi, baby cot and highchair, eletricity/water consumption, final cleaning, air conditioning/heating (split).

Not included in the rental price to be paid on the spot (mandatory): tourist tax, security deposit € 200 (cash) upon arrival.
