Casa Sacha Marias is an exquisite villa situated in a luxurious area, just a short distance from the charming village of Carvoeiro. Within a leisurely stroll, guests can explore a selection of restaurants and supermarkets, enhancing the convenience of their stay. The renowned beautiful cliffs that characterize the Algarve region are also easily accessible, adding a touch of natural splendour to the surroundings.



As you step into the villa, you are welcomed by an inviting atmosphere, creating an immediate sense of coming home. The expansive, meticulously maintained garden envelops the property, providing an abundance of privacy for guests to enjoy. The generously sized swimming pool, a refreshing oasis during the heat of summer, beckons for leisurely dips. On the terrace, a newly installed covered lounge set invites relaxation, offering the perfect spot to unwind.



Accommodating up to 12+2 children , the villa boasts six bedrooms and four bathrooms, ensuring ample space and comfort for all. The ground floor comprises a welcoming hall, a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities, a convenient guest toilet, a spacious living room, and three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a bathroom, with access to a large terrace and an additional roof terrace.



The downstairs bedrooms include Bedroom 1, featuring a double bed that can be converted into two single beds upon request, along with an attached bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3, both equipped with double beds convertible into singles, share a bathroom. Moving to the upper floor, Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5, the latter originally a living room, offer flexibility with double beds that can transform into singles. Bedroom 5 can also accommodate two extra beds upon request, providing sleeping space for up to 12 people. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.



For season 2025, there is an extra bedroom and bathroom available available on the ground floor, which makes the maximum total occupancy 12+2 persons.



Outside, the villa extends its allure with a private swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 meters and boasting a depth of 2 meters. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms for added comfort. The outdoor space features sun loungers, umbrellas, a hammock, and a lounge set for ultimate relaxation. An outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator complements the seating area in the garden, creating a delightful setting for al fresco dining. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer, TV with international channels, and parking space for up to three cars on private land. Notably, sea views can be enjoyed from the first-floor bedrooms, and a barbecue completes the outdoor experience.

The rental price does not include (obligated extras):

- Tourist Tax €2 per person per night
