An excellent villa for 10 people (3 families) including Gran and Grandad, daughter with hubby and 2 kids (10 and 7yrs), plus daughter with hubby and 2 kids (5 and 2yrs). We all had our own spaces with plenty of room. Great pool and BBQ shared spaces. Supermarkets easy walking distance and a lovely beaches and restaurants locally. We’ll be back! Many thanks.

We had a great time at the villa , plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and 2 children, the villa and views are spectacular, a short walk into town for lots of bars and restaurants, sits at the top of a steep hill but not an issue for us . We paid the extra for the heated pool which was required as our weather was not perfect 😀, the town is very nice and I’m sure we will return in the future , Katharine the host was very proactive with check in details etc , overall a great holiday.

Highly recommend this property. It is run through a third party but it was easy to check in and there were plenty of instructions on how to find the place and gain access. The home itself is fantastic. Large property with lots of space both inside and out. Inside was spotless and outside featured a great pool, outdoor cooking area, billiards, ping pong, and a nice view. Very private but walkable to a nice downtown with lots of shops and restaurants and you can walk to numerous beaches and cliffs. There is a small but surprisingly well-stocked grocery only 100m away.

Beautiful villa on a quiet street with lovely views and everything you’d need - even better than the photos with multiple outdoor and indoor sitting areas, also a nice nearby restaurant and shop a few doors down. We had a great time, some minor issues but would recommend to friends

Super villa - very spacious, well located and with an outstanding swimming pool.

Choice of out side spaces for sitting and eating. Plenty of tables and chairs. The BBQ area is very useful. Lovely family restaurant less than 2 minutes walk. Mend the dishwasher upper tray and the tilt mechanism on one of the sunshades

Incredible villa

We stayed in this villa in 2009 and it was great then and now it is even better, beautiful views, fantastic have a mini market just over the road. Air con and WiFi worked really good. No complaints other than the maid never came in the week but that was okay as everything else was great

Excellent villa in a superb area close to all amenities

The villa was exactly as described and the facilities excellent. The location was perfect with the beach, town and eateries in easy walking distance. The spotless pool was heated as requested and warm enough to swim in. The only problem we experienced head a loss of electricity but this was handled extremely well by the property manager who sorted the problem out quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with the villa and would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Villa

Great villa for large family or two families as spread over two floors with plenty of space. Online photos do not reflect how amazing this villa really is!! Could do with a shower and toilet down by the pool maybe in the little shed holding the pool toys would make this villa even better. Living area got a little hot so air conditioning would be good but otherwise great villa.

We all loved our stay in Vale Verde. The house is spacious and beautiful and is ideally located for the perfect combination of peace and quiet and proximity to Carvoeiro town. We made good use of the heated pool and plentiful outside seating. We had one power outage but the Elite staff were very quick to act and had an electrician on site within a couple of hours, who fixed the problem.

Fabulous property

The villa was wonderful and as described. The other reviews are a true depiction. Beautiful and very well equipped. Plenty of space for a group of 9 and the BBQ area was a firm favourite. Great location from the centre and amenities nearby. Rental company was very organised and sorted any queries or problems asap. Would happily return or recommend to others :)

Wonderful villa for our large family group. Lots of living space and places to sit indoor and out so a large group can be together when they want but get a quiet space if needed. The pool area is wonderful . We used the pool table and the table tennis table a lot. The kitchens are very well equipped and the outdoor barbecue area was great. It’s in a great location for accessing lots of restaurants and Carvoeiro and Centeanes beaches on foot. The hill back home is a wee bit arduous so might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Was a wonderful villa for our family gathering.

Ideally positioned for the 10 minute walk into the centre of town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Spacious villa gave our party of nine plenty of space. Nice sized bedrooms and social areas. Kitchen was well presented with plenty of plates cutlery etc. Pool and outdoor area were very good with plenty of shaded areas if required. This area needed a bin. Also one of the upstairs outdoor doors had a broken lock which we reported but wasn’t fixed during our stay. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Brilliant villa in a central location but quite. Had issues with front door lock which was resolved within hours. Pool was clean and tidy. Air con. in communal areas would be nice but not really a problem. Great family holiday.
