Villa Danica is located not far from Zadar, in the heart of the charming town of Bibinje. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Its attractive location and spaciousness make it ideal for summer holidays with friends, and it's also pet friendly.



Villa Danica has an area of 240m² and consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor there is a large open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a dining room and a living room. The rooms are furnished with modern and elegant furniture in contrasting colors. The balcony door of the living room overlooks the outdoor pool. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with high-tech appliances, and Wi-Fi is available indoors and outdoors.



There are 4 bedrooms in the villa, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. Each room has an ensuite bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort, as well as toiletries and a hairdryer for your convenience. All rooms are air-conditioned, have their own TV and double beds for a good night's sleep. One of the rooms also has access to a balcony with a sofa and swing where you can relax with a cup of afternoon coffee or read a light summer book.



After relaxing in the shade of the villa, you can go out into the garden and take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. After a swim, you can enjoy a barbecue. All this is made possible by the attractive 280m² garden. It consists of a heated outdoor pool with a lounge area and a separate building with a fireplace and dining area. The property is surrounded by a fence to protect you from unwanted views. This allows you to relax and socialize in complete privacy.



Villa Danica is in a great location and all the necessary amenities are just a few steps away from the accommodation - restaurants, cafes, pharmacy - and most importantly, the sea. The first beach is only 100 m away, ideal for a refreshing dip or a pleasant evening stroll along the coastline. While you are in the Zadar area, do not miss a visit to the city of Zadar, which is about 15 minutes away by car. Walk along the Kalelarga street, take a picture of the sunset, listen to the sounds of the sea organ and then head to one of the many bars for refreshing cocktails and a rich nightlife.
