Villa Colombini is located in a panoramic position in the Tuscan countryside, a few km from Trequanda, a lovely Medieval village on the border between Val d\'Orcia and Crete Senesi.

Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, the property has a private parking for 5 cars, and a large garden with patio and dining table, ideal setting for alfresco meals.

Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a beautiful pool (4.8 x 10.8 m - depth 1.4 m), open from mid-May to early October, and equipped with sunbeds and parasols.

Just 100 m away from the villa there is a splendid farmhouse which offer several services (free or with a fee) to guests. The services can be booked at the farmhouse reception and are:

- a wine cellar with sales point and wine tasting;

- a restaurant with “à la carte” menu, not included in the price;

- a tennis court, included in the price, and shared with the guests of the farmhouse;

- a spa, not included in the price, and shared with the guests of the farmhouse. The spa consists of: a sauna, a Turkish bath, a footbath and a herbal tea room.



Internal Description



Villa Colombini is spread over a single level, on the 1st floor of the building (accessible from the external stairs in the garden). The property can accommodate up to 14 people, has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms have air conditioning. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

Baby cots are available upon request at an extra cost. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost. The ground floor of the building remains closed to guests and uninhabited.



Finely furnished with antique furniture, the property consists of a spacious living area with three sofas, fireplace, tv, and dining table. Following is a fully equipped kitchen with: oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, electric grill, minipimer, microwave, and dishwasher.

The sleeping area consists of 7 bedrooms (4 doubles and 3 twins) while the bathrooms are 5 (including 3 ensuites), all with shower.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity, heating); bed linen and towels; use of the private pool; use of the tennis court (shared with the guests of the farmhouse); guided tour of the farm and cellar (including a wine tasting).



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (280.00€); breakfast on request (12.50€ per person, 5.00€ for children under 8 years); dinner at the farmhouse restaurant upon reservation (with “à la carte” menu); use of the spa (shared with the guests of the farmhouse - 25.00€ per person for a minimum of 4 people, up to a maximum of 6 people); extra bed for a maximum of 1 (24.00€ per day); pet (5.50€ per day); dog kit (consisting of: bowl, cushion, hygiene bags, brushes - 10.50€); extra cleaning (280.00€); linen change (6.00€ per set); laundry service (19.00€ per set); extra pool towels (2.50€ per towel); baby cot (16.00€ each). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 150.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
