Located right on the beachfront by the tranquil Grevelingen Lake, the villa offers breathtaking, unobstructed views and immediate access to water and sand — the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality time with family.

Step into the large, sunlit living room that opens onto a generously sized hardwood terrace. The living space features comfortable, luxurious furnishings including a large reclining sofa, lounge chair, flat-screen TV, and Sonos sound system, creating the ideal environment for relaxation and socializing.

The expansive terrace can be accessed directly from the living room and includes a partly covered section equipped with heat lamps, along with glass panels that shelter the open area from the wind — making outdoor dining and lounging comfortable in all weather. Terrace furniture includes an 8-person dining table, a 5-person lounge set, and two full-size sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the sun or a peaceful evening.
