Luxurious 5-bedroom beach side property, an ideal choice for a large family get away. This stylish house is in the popular harbour town of Aberaeron, a fantastic base from which to explore all that is on offer in Ceredigion.
Layout
Kitchen/ Dining area- Electric double oven, Microwave, Larder fridge, Dishwasher.
Utility Room- Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Ironing board and a door leading to the rear of the house where you will find a washing line.
Downstairs toilet- hand basin and cloak room.
Lounge 1- Electric fire, Freeview television located in the corner of the room.
Lounge 2- Smart TV (50 inch) fitted with a PlayStation, there will be some games available at Rhoshelyg. A large L-shaped sofa is located at the centre of the room with patio doors leading to the front of the house, there are stairs located at the far end of the room leading to the sunlounge.

First Floor: Master bedroom- King size bed, En suite with large shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
Bedroom 2- Double bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table and access to sun lounge.
Bedroom 3- Super king or twin bedroom, with fitted wardrobe.
Second floor:
Consists of two loft twin bedrooms with plenty of storage and Velux windows.

The garden is enclosed with patio and garden furniture.
