Casa Beloura - Between the sea and the mountains

The pool is undergoing maintenance and is inoperative with no date for it to be ready for use again.



The House is located in Quinta da Beloura, in Sintra, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Serra de Sintra.

The Quinta da Beloura Condominium is a very quiet and pleasant condominium, with security and very well served by supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes with terraces and a gym.

Beloura Golfe Clube is just 2km from the house. The historic center of Sintra with its beautiful palaces and gardens is just a 15-minute drive away. Cascais and its fantastic fine sand beaches are just a 20-minute drive away. To go to Lisbon there is a motorway and it takes about 40 minutes.



The House has a very beautiful front garden with grass and parking space.

On the ground floor there is a huge fully equipped kitchen with hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, American and Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and blender. The kitchen is prepared with all utensils, so you can enjoy your homemade meals.

The living room is large and has a dining area with a table for 8 people and a very comfortable seating area with a smart TV. The entire room has access to the outside area.

On this floor there is also a suite, with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower cabin.

The outdoor space is wonderful, with a leisure area, a dining area with an awning and a huge swimming pool to enjoy the sun and heat.

On the upper floor there is a master suite, with a double bed, private bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin, a closet, and a private terrace with a beautiful view.

On this floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and a work area, and the other with two beds and a balcony. To support these two bedrooms, there is also a bathroom with a shower cabin.

On the lower floor, you can find a fantastic leisure area with TV, beanbags, games table, books, and a ping-pong table. This floor also has a huge laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. So that you don't have to change floors while relaxing watching a film, reading a book, or playing a game of ping-pong, there is another bathroom with a shower cabin.

Casa Beloura is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with maximum comfort and quality.



House rules:

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house;

• Pets are not allowed without prior authorization;

• The house is not prepared for people with disabilities or reduced mobility;

• No noise is allowed in the house after 10pm;

• Take out the trash and turn off lights and equipment when not in use.

• Changing the position and location of furniture is not permitted.

• Lost key – the guest pays to change the lock:

• Locked lock that requires technical intervention - the customer pays for the intervention

• Forgetting keys inside the house, requiring a new visit from the company - €25

• At check-in, you will be given a manual, follow the rules in it.



Check-in – Between 4pm and 8pm; before 4pm only if possible and will have an extra cost of €30; late check-in after 8pm will cost €30; Late check-in after 24 hours will cost €50.

Check-out – Between 8am and 11am; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of €30; early check-out before 6am will cost €50; Early check-out before 8am will cost €30.



Sintra Municipal Tax:

Lisbon City Council charges a fee of €2 per night of stay per person over 13 years of age with a maximum of €6 per person. This fee must be paid in cash at check-in.



Extras:

Transfer to/from airport/home: €60 up to 4 people, €75 up to 6 people, €90 up to 8 people

Accessories for babies and children: beds/bath/highchair: additional cost of €5/day;

Concierge: We have personalized concierge services at additional costs - which include a variety of services from booking recreational or sporting activities, booking restaurants or catering services, babysitting, drivers, guided tours, among many others.



Security deposit: 500 Euros per reservation; will be returned if the house is in the same condition as the guest found it on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred to the house or any furniture or equipment in it.
